Me urdhër të veçantë për të gjithë ata që kanë histori udhëtimi në Itali do të jetë u detyrueshëm vetëkarantimi dhe kjo do të bëhet forcërisht, nëse nuk pranojnë. Sipas burimeve, bëhet e ditur, se do të ketë një koordinim mes Urgjencës Kombëtare dhe Policisë, ose forcave që tashmë kanë marrë urdhrin për të qenë në terren për të ushtruar kontroll.
Gjithashtu, ka edhe një urdhër për të marrë forcërisht çdo person që do të jetë pjesë e grumbullimeve masive në lokale, apo ambiente të tjera do të ketë gjobë, por në të njëjtën kohë edhe marrje me forcë për t’i dërguar në shtëpi.
Aktualisht është duke u zhvilluar një takim në Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme të Policisë së Shtetit për të përcaktuar detaje rreth vendimit më të fundit për të nxjerrë në rrugë ushtrinë dhe policinë.
