Shqiptarët në Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës, e kryesisht ata që nuk kanë as dokumente dhe janë gjendur për arsye të ndryshme janë më në rrezik jete. Por, tre shqiptarë janë tashmë të konfirmuar që kanë humbur jetën në SHBA nga koronavirusi.

Mes tyre edhe një i ri 29 vjeçar. Në një lidhje skype për emisionin “Vizioni i Pasdites” në Vizion Plus, gazetarja shqiptare Kozeta Turishta ndau të dhënat më të fundit sa i përket shtetit të Nju Jorkut duke theksuar se situata atje është dramatike.

“Tre shqiptarë janë viktima në Neë York, një djalë i ri 29 vjeç ka vdekur 2 dite më parë. Ishte martuar pak muaj dhe ka ndërruar jetë. Një shqiptar pak para se të lidhesha me ju më njoftuan që në Nju Xhersi ka humbur jetën dhe familjarët nuk e përcjellin dot në banesën e fundit.

Mikesha ime më e mirë është e infektuar nga koronavirus dhe ka shume shqiptare të tjerë të prekur, që kanë simptoma dhe nuk janë simptoma si të gripit te thjeshte janë më komplekse” përfundoi Kozeta.

Gazetarja shqiptare e cila prej disa vitesh është shkëputur në Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës, u shpreh se Nju Jork është gjunjëzuar tashmë nga Covid-19 , duke i cilësuar shifrat e fundit si bilanc lufte.
