Sait Fishta “karremi” për të treguar drejtësi!

Sait fishta, biznesmeni i njohur i ndërtimeve në Shkodër por jo vetëm, është sërish në faqet e para të mëdiave, një tjetër arrestim me bujë, duke e përfshirë atë në një afërë korrupsioni.

Por cfarë përmban në të vertetë dosja hetimore për biznesmenin shkodran i cili një natë më parë është arrestuar ne Tiranë, ndërkohë që në pranga kësaj radhe është edhe vëllai i tij.

Burime për eetimes, nga organi i akuzës bëjnë me dije se në 10 janar 2020, Henri Çili i ka dhënë një prokurorë për të vepruar në emrin e tij, bashkëpunëtorit Betim Shkupi për marrjen e dy pronave në formë dhurimi nga shoqëria “Fishta shpk” në Velipojë.

Vetëm kaq ka mjaftuar që Sait Fishta të përfundojë në prangat e policisë, jo më shumë se tre rreshta argumentim, të cilat nuk mjaftojnë as për të ngritur një akuzë konkrete ndaj tij, ku nuk kuptohet se cila është lidhja e pronarit të një trualli (në këtë rast Sait Fishta) i cili e ka shitur objektin dhe nuk gëzon më asnjë të drejtë mbi atë pronë, në marrëveshjen mes një gazetari, një pronari aktual dhe një notereje e cila disponon vulë, e cila ligjëron veprimet mes palëve.

Por jo vetëm kaq, Zv/Kryeministri Erion Braçe nxitoi të duartrokasë aksionin e Policisë dhe Prokurorise, duke na treguar se lufta e drejtësisë është luftë edhe ndaj deputetëve në lista, por ky personazh ka harruar se Sait Fishta ka qënë pjesë e listës së Partisë Socialiste në zgjedhjet e vitit 2013.

Për Sait Fishtën, nuk është përballja e parë me drejtësinë. Kujtojmë vitin 2016, ku zhurma e madhe mediatike dhe politike në dëm të imazhit të tij do të kishtë një fund të hidhur për të gjithë ato të cilët duan të dëmtonin këtë investitor të suksesshëm të Shkodrës.

Një imazh i dëmtuar, por edhe një vendim që hedh dritë mbi pafajësinë e një personi, qe do të ishte nje nga nismëtarët e biznesit jo vetëm në fushën e ndërtimit por edhe në fusha të tjera. Një vendim që nxjerr të pafajshëm, Sait Fishtën, ndërkohë që mbylli edhe gojën e shumë skeptikëve për biznesin në Shkodër. Ky vendim, hodhi poshtë cdo akuzë ndaj një emri shumë të njohur jo vetëm si kampion kombëtar në mundje për 11 vite por edhe si biznesmen dhe bamirës në Shkodër dhe Tiranë, ndërkohë që vendimi i gjykatës së Apelit, legjetimoj edhe biznesin e tij në plazhin e Velipojës.

Ndërkohë që ky vendim tregoi se arrestimi i pak kohëve më parë, nuk tentoi asgjë tjetër përvec se të njolloste emrin e tij, akuza të cilat tashmë hidhen poshtë nga gjykata.

Sërish jemi përballë po të njëjtës situate, ndërkohë që faktet tregojnë qartë se Sait Fishta është “karremi” i preferuar i të gjithëve për të bërë drejtësi! /eetimes/
