Fluks telefonatash në urgjencë, qytetarët kërkojnë të bëjnë analizat

Frika e një përhapjeje të mundshme të Coronavirusit COVID-19 në Shqipëri ka bërë që Qendra Kombëtare e Urgjencave të përballet me një fluks telefonatash. Sipas përgjegjësve të kësaj qendre  numri i telefonatave ka shkuar deri në 300 thirrje ditore më shumë se normalja, duke arritur në 1700 thirrje në 24 orë .

Ky fluks ka çuar në shtimin e personelit mjekësor me përkatësisht më dy mjekë dhe 2 infermierë më shumë se ditët e zakonshme. Shumica e qytetarëve telefonojnë për të marrë informacion, ndërsa për ata qytetarë që kanë hyrë së fundmi në Shqipëri qendra ka venë në dispozicion një pyetësor që përmban disa pyetje elementare. Deri më tani  janë plotësuar rreth 55 pyetësorë, ku 5 prej tyre kanë qenë të dyshuar për mbartjen e virusit , por fatmirësisht të gjitha kanë rezultuar negative.

Një qytetare nga Tirana që ka ardhur disa ditë më parë në Shqipëri , telefonon për t’u informuar nëse mund të kthehet përsëri në Itali, pikërisht në Milano. Por çfarë procedure ndiqet pas plotësimit të formularit na e shpjegon kryeinfermieri i qendrës së koordinimit të telefonatave Indrit  Jaupaj.

Të paktën për ekipet e Tiranës, pasi është bërë konsulta dhe vendoset që do shkohet te personi. Çdo pjesëtar i ekipit mjek, infermier,shofer, vishen e ikin. Gjeja e parë që bën mjeku shkon në shtëpi dhe i vendos një maskë personit ose i merret tampon ose çohet  te infektivi

Përveç qytetarëve ndër aktorët më të rrezikuar janë edhe vetë mjekët dhe personeli mjekësor. Por sipas Jaupajt,  kostumi mbrojtës eliminohet menjëherë pas konsultës duke evituar rreziqe të mundshme.

Pastaj veshjet eliminohen pranë infektivit me protokoll te veçantë, behet dhe dezinfektimi I ambulancës. Ne si personel jemi gjithmonë në rrezik jo vetëm për coronën, por edhe viroza të tjera në fund të fundit kjo është puna jone shtoi ai.
