Një show e ka emërtuar kryebashkiaku i Lezhës Pjerin Ndreu debatin me ministrin e brendshëm Sandër Lleshaj për aksionin e shembjeve të ndërtimeve pa leje. Në një intervistë për Report Tv qyetari i parë i Lezhës u shpreh se shtatori është muaji i favorshëm për tu marrë me prishje ndërtimesh pasi turizmi do të cënohej rëndë aktualisht.

Nëse e injoron një institucion dhe nuk denjon të biesh dakord, ose bie dakord dhe vepron ndryshe ka diçka që nuk shkon. Vullneti për të bashkëpunim nuk ekziston dhe nëpërkëmbja që i bën drejtimit të bashkisë është absurd. Ajo që është në thelbin e kësaj është bashkëpunimi. Duhet të merremi vesh sepse jemi për të njëjtin qëllim. Unë nuk mund të rri indiferent kur bashkia pyetet, bie dakord dhe bëhet diçka tjetër pa pyetur fare. Na duhet ndihma e IKMT dhe forcave të policisë për të ndërhyrë në disa pika ku mundësia e rikuperimit të plazhit ekziston. Jo në disa të tjera kur dëmet në strukturën e plazhit janë të rënda. Nuk bëhet fjalë për mos ndërhyrje, por që të ndërhyhet ku pasojat mund të rikuperohet dhe ne mund të ju japim operatorve turistik dhe qytetarëve që të vijnë. Nëse ne prodhojmë një gërmadhë në qendër të plazhit atëherë më vjen keq, por plazhi ka marrë fund. Forca e institucioneve të qeverisë të bëje çfarë të doje pasi unë skam ndërmend të bëj luftë me askënd. Qëndrimi im do të jetë në favor të asaj që është logjike. Prandaj jemi këtu. Për të çuar zërin” tha kryebashkiaku i Lezhës, Pjerin Ndreu.
