Kreu i Partisë Demokratike, Lulzim Basha, vazhdon të insistojë në rritjen e numrit të testimeve për koronavirus në vend. Në një intervistë për Basha thotë se testimi është kyç për daljen nga karantina dhe rikthimin e ekonomisë në lëvizje.
Kryedemokrati ka deklaruar gjithashtu se ‘shpërthimi’ i pandemisë në Shkodër mund të ishin parandaluar nëse testimet do të ishin bërë në kohë.
Shqiptarët kanë bërë një punë të lavdërueshme këto 5 javë duke respektuar normat e distancimit social, vetëizolimit dhe karantinimit ku ka qenë e nevojshme. Tani të gjithë mendojnë rrugën e daljes nga kjo situata. Për ne si opozitë rruga e daljes kalon nga pasja e një informacioni të plotë dhe të vërtetë për infeksionin, përmasat e vërteta. Duhet një ndryshim i strategjisë që fillon me testimnin, Testimi mbetet kryefjala. Rekomandimi kryesor që është përmes testimit vendet të mund të fillojnë të hartojnë një strategji të daljes nga kriza.
Mund të dalim nga kjo dhomë e errët vetëm kur të hapim sytë dhe të ndezim dritat.Janë personeli shëndetësor që vuajnë të parët mungesën e testimeve. Në 24 orët e fundit kemi pasur përsëri raste të infermierëve dhe mjekëve të infektuar. Në radhë të parë kjo bëhet për të mbrojtur personelin shëndetësor por edhe të tjerëve. Nga ngjarja e para dy ditësh në Shkodër dhe të tjera mund dhe do të ishin parandaluar nëse testimet do të ishin shtrirë dhe hetimi epidemiologjik do të ishte bërë në mënyrë të zgjuar. Me testime ne i zgjidhim sytë qeverisë dhe institucioneve të tjera që kanë për detyrë për të hartuar dhe zbatuar një strategji edhe të daljes nga kjo krizë, tha Basha.
Më tej ai shtoi ka pasur kontakte me partnerë ndërkombëtar të cilëve u ka kërkuar ndihmë për sigurim mjetesh mbrojtëse shëndetësore dhe kite.
Unë personalisht, nuk jam mjaftuar vetëm me kërkesën ndaj qeverisë, por kam pasur edhe kontakte me partnerët ndërkombëtar. Fatmirësisht një nga partnerët tanë më të fuqishëm dhe kryesor, SHBA, përmes një fondi të USAID ka bërë të mundur që të vijnë një numër i madh kitesh në Shqipëri.
