Kriminaliteti i dukshëm në kohë pandemie ka shifra të ulëta, por skemat sesi mund të përfitohet në këto situata janë nga më të ndryshmet. Dhe më së shumti, të fituar janë ata që krimin e kryejnë përmes teknologjisë, një alarm në fakt që erdhi edhe nga Interpol Ndërkombëtar.

Mafiozët shqiptarë kanë gjetur një rrugë më të shkurtër për të përfituar. Përmes mashtrimeve në internet, apo telefonave ata kërkojnë para, për të sjellë nga Italia, Amerika, Greqia, Gjermania apo edhe vende të tjera shqiptarët që kanë humbur jetën për shkak të koronavirusit.

Në emër të kthimit të trupave në atdhe, mashtruesit gjejnë rrugën e shkurtër të përfitimit. Një ekspert i krimit kinernetik në Policinë e Shtetit tha për Gazetën Shqip, se ka shumë raste të dyshuara për këtë taktikë të mafiozëve shqiptarëve, apo mashtruesve.

Ai shkon edhe më tej, teksa thotë se ka një tjetër grup personash që abuzojnë me çmimet, fakt që e lidh me agjencitë funerale, ose mashtrues që lidhen me këto agjenci dhe vetëdeklarohen sekserë.

Ka raste që bëhet fjalë për shuma të frikshme që tejkalojnë edhe 20 mijë euro, në rastet e mbërritjes nga Italia të një viktime shqiptare që ka humbur betejën me Covid 19.

Dhe kur mendon se zgjidhje të tjera në këtë kohë janë të kufizuara, ose mungesa e informacionit nga institucionet thuajse nuk mund të sigurohet në kohë, ka shumë që e pranojnë një gjë të tillë.

Nuk ka pasur denoncime edhe për shkak të situatës së karantinës, apo izolimit, por hetime në rrugë operative janë duke u kryer dhe në përfundim të tyre do të ketë një rezultat konkret tha një zyrtar i lartë i Policisë. Sipas tij, të gjitha strukturat e Policisë janë në gatishmëri të plotë me situatën, përfshirë edhe ato të krimit kibernetik, apo agjentët e Policisë Kriminale.

Përmes mashtrimeve telefonike, kriminelët i marrin qytetarët shqiptarë në telefon, duke pretenduar se janë zyrtarë të klinikës ose spitalit, të cilët pretendojnë se një i afërm i viktimës është sëmurë nga virusi dhe kërkon pagesa për trajtim mjekësor.

E njëjta mënyrë përdoret edhe përmes e mail që pretendojnë të jenë nga autoritetet shëndetësore kombëtare ose globale, me qëllim që të mashtrojnë të japin letrat kredenciale personale ose detaje pagese dhe në përfundim të tyre përfitojnë shumë marramendëse.

Çfarë deklaroi Interpol Ndërkombëtar Sipas Interpol, mashtruesit në të gjithë botën po përdorin mënyrë e shitjeve online apo mashtrimeve përmes telefonit dhe email-it për të marrë përfitimet e tyre monetare duke shfrytëzuar frikën dhe ankthin e qytetarëve të krijuar nga COVID19.

Qytetarët kudo janë në kërkim të mënyrave për të mbajtur veten dhe familjet e tyre të sigurt dhe të shëndetshëm. Fatkeqësisht, kriminelët po predikojnë këtë dobësi përmes një game të gjerë krimesh dhe mashtrimesh për përfitimet e tyre. Maskat, dezinfektantët, dorëzat, medikamentet janë produktet më të kërkuar në këto momente në të gjithë botën dhe janë pikërisht këto produkte ku kriminelët po gjejnë terrenin e tyre për përfitime monetare.

Kriminelët po përfitojnë nga pandemia, për të fituar para. Shihet një rritje e artikujve mjekësorë të rremë ose të falsifikuar të disponueshme në treg, duke përfshirë maska kirurgjikale, dezinfektues, ilaçe antivirale dhe antimalariale, vaksina dhe tamponë COVID 19.
