Rasti i parë me koronavirus në Call Center, karantinohen dhjetra punonjës

Sindikata e Punonjësve të Caall-Center-ave ka njoftuar se është konfirmuar rasti i parë i punonjësve që preket nga epidemia e koronavirusit.

Sipas Sindikatës, dhjetra punëtorëve të kompanisë Teleperformance u është kërkuar të karantinohen nga kjo e fundit për shkak të një rasti të konfirmuar me Covid-19 në njërën nga fushatat e kësaj kompanie.

RASTI I PARË ME COVID-19 NË CALL CENTER – MASAT E DERITANISHME TË PAMJAFTUESHME

Dhjetra punëtorëve të kompanisë Teleperformance u është kërkuar të karantinohen nga kjo e fundit për shkak të një rasti të konfirmuar me Covid-19 në njërën nga fushatat e kësaj kompanie. Mes të tjerëve edhe kryetari i Sindikatës Solidariteti, Tonin Preçi, është në kushte vetëkarantinimi.

Pushime të paguara dhe përpjekje për të zhvendosur punën nga shtëpia për të gjithë ata që kanë mundësi, duhet të jenë masat e menjëhershme që duhet të ndërmerren. Karantinimi dhe paralizimi i punës, në vend të zhvendosjes së saj në kushtet e shtëpisë, do t’i kushtojë eventualisht më shumë edhe vetë kompanive.

Identifikimi i rasteve të para të të infektuarve me Covid-19 në sektorin e call center-it ka filluar të krijojë shqetësim dhe panik mes punëtorëve.

Denoncimet e sindikatës u dëshmua se ishin të drejta. Masat e kompanive të call center-ave nuk janë të mjaftueshme.

Shteti nuk duket askund dhe masat e marra për pjesën tjetër të qytetarëve janë krejtësisht joproporcionale me ato në sektorët e ekonomisë në të cilët punohet në grupe të mëdha dhe ambiente të mbyllura, siç janë call center-at, fasoneritë, minierat etj.

Sindikata Solidariteti bën thirrje përsëri për vëmendje të shtuar në këtë sektor nga ana e shtetit dhe nga ana e kompanive. Në kushtet e një emergjence të tillë është i domosdoshëm sigurimi i shëndetit të punëtorëve!

Përhapja e virusit masivisht në ambiente të mbyllura ku punojnë me qindra vetë, përveç rrezikut për punëtorët do të sillte edhe paralizimin e beftë të sistemit tonë shëndetësor.

Masat që kërkon Sindikata janë më të mira për të gjitha palët. Shpresojmë që masat e duhura të merren para se të identifikohen raste të tjera!
