Zbardhet urdhri i plotë i Manastirliut për masat kundër COVID 19: Kufizimet deri në 3 prill

Ministrja e Shëndetësisë, Ogerta Manastirliu, ka firmosur sot një urdhër të ri ku janë të gjitha masat shtrënguese për të mos përhapur virusin vdekjeprurës COVID-19. Në urdhrin e firmosur nga Manastirliu, bëhet me dije se do mbylljen deri në 3 prill të gjitha ambientet e mbyllur, të dedikuara për fëmijë dhe të rritur.

Po ashtu do anulohen të gjitha eksursionet e shkollave, procedurat e konkursit për punësim personeli, konkurse shkollimi dhe specializimi. Ndërkohë mësohet se të gjithë zyrat shtetërore duhet të shfryëzojnë maksimalisht shërbimet online të E Albania.

PJESË NGA URDHRI

Mbyllja për publikun deri në datë 03/04/2020 të Ambienteve që ofrojnë shërbime në lokale nate Të ambienteve të mbyllura të dedikuara për argëtimin e fëmijëve dhe të rinjtë, aktiviteteve në palestra, qendra sportive, pishina, qendra internet, qendra kulturore dhe argëtimi
2- Ndalimin deri në datë 03/04/2020 të:

Aktiviteteve sportive, sociale dhe kulturore; Eksursioneve mësimore të organizuara prej institucioneve shkollore me destinacion brenda ose jashtë vendit; Procedurave të konkursit për punësim personeli, konkurse shkollimi dhe specializimi.

3- Gjatë ditës, aktivitetet e bareve, restoranteve, lokaleve të ofrojnë shërbim për klientët duke respektuar distancën prej së paku dy metrash ndërmjet tavolinave në vendet ulur, dhë në çdo rast të garantojnë distancën prej së paku një metër të njeriut nga njeriu.

4- Institucionet publike dhe private, të hartojnë sipas fushës së përgjegjësisë së tyre brenda datës 11.03.2020 një plan masash për sigurimin e ofrimit të shërbimeve prioritare, duke prioritizuar kategoritë e shërbimit kryesisht nëpërmjet ofrimit të shërbimit online, punës në distancë, dhe vetëm në raste të domosdoshme të ofrojnë shërbimin ndërmjet kontaktit fizik. Për shërbimet për të cilat nevojitet kontakti i drejtpërdrejtë me publikun institucionet duhet të pajisin personelin me mjete pune mbrojtëse me qëllim ruajtjen e shëndetit të tyre.

5- Institucionet publike që ofrojnë shërbime pritjeje për publikun në sportel të marrin masa për të shfrytëzuar maksimalisht shërbimet online dhe platformën e-albania.

6- Organet e shërbimit postar duhet të garantojnë vazhdimimësinë e shërbimti dhe të hartojnë një plan masash për të kufizuar kontaktet e punonjësve me publikun dhe për të shmangur grumbullimin e publikut në sportele apo ambiente të tjera të brendshme.

7- Detyrohen të gjithë personat që kanë hyrë në Shqipëri nga zona me rrezikepidemiologjik të identifikuara të tilla prej Organizatës Botërore të Shëndetësise, të plotësojnë skedën e udhëtarit në pikat hyrëse kufitare dhe të vetëkarantinohen detyrimisht për një periudhë 14 ditore nga data e hyrjes në kufi.

  43. When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time
