Qe ne dimrin e vitit 2013, nuk eshte nderhyre me per përforcimin e  argjinaturave qe mbrojne  Kuçin nga prurjet e lumit te Kirit ! E gjithe kjo zone, me toka te fermereve te ketij fshati, eshte kthyer ne vendepozitim inertesh e mbeturinash, ndersa sa i perket investimeve per sistemimin e tyre si dhe pastrimin e shtratit te Kirit ne drejtim te Ures se Bahçallekut as qe behet fjale. Banoret e Kuçit thone se gjate 20 viteve te fundit, Kiri ka marre me vehte tokat e 15 familjeve, por askush as nga Bashkia Shkoder dhe as nga institucionet e tjera, nuk ka dashur te tia dije.

Bashkia Shkoder, Bordi i Kullimit, Inspektoriati i Mjedisit, Pyjeve dhe Ujerave , jane 3 institucionet e para qe kane pergjegjesine per ndryshimin e kesaj gjendje sa me pare. Nese ato presin qe te ndodhe si ne vitet 2010 – 2011 kur niveli i ujit nga permbytjet e Kirit dhe Drinit  ne Kuç arriti ne lartesine mbi 2 meter, dhe me pas te nderhyjne, atehere eshte e kote te shpresohet tek angazhimi i tyre !
