Ndryshon skema, KEMPI hiqet nëse qëndron më shumë se 3 muaj jashtë vendit

Hyjnë në fuqi, kriteret e reja të vlerësimit të dosjeve për përfitimin e KEMP. Sipas vendimit të ri pagesa e KEMP do të ndërpritet për personat që qëndrojnë më shumë se 3 muaj jashtë, pa arsye shëndetësore dhe për jorezidentët. E njëta gjë vlen dhe për ata që nuk dorëzojnë dosjen në afatet e përcaktuar në Rregullore.

Ndryshimet për kriteret e vlerësimit përcaktojnë ngritjen e 5 komisioneve që do të shqyrtojnë dosjet në nivel kombëtar. Pas shqyrtimit të dosjeve nga komisionet kombëtare, do t’i kalohen për shqyrtim komisioneve eprore sipas sëmundjeve.

Këto komisione do të shqyrtojnë dosjet për sëmundje të përgjithshme, verbërinë, sëmundjet e shëndetit mendor, si dhe paraplegjinë dhe tetraplegjinë.

Përfitues të KEMP do të jenë edhe personat të  cilët  në  5  vitet  e  fundit  para  lindjes  të  së drejtës nuk kanë 12 muaj sigurim shoqëror dhe nuk kanë qenë përfitues të pagesës më parë.

Pagesa e paaftësisë në punë është  10 653  lekë në  muaj.  Të njëjtën  masë  pagese  përfiton  edhe   ndihmësi personal i personit  me  aftësi  të kufizuar.

Personat  me  aftësi  të  kufizuar,  të  cilët ndjekin,  njëkohësisht,  arsimin  e  mesëm  të  lartë apo  arsimin  e  lartë  dhe  një  kurs  kualifikimi, përfitojnë vetëm njërën nga pagesat.
