Pavarësisht pengimit nga ana e kryebashkiakes së Shkodrës Vlotana Ademi për të mos i prishur bizneset e ndërtuara pa leje në Veliopojë, gjatë orëve të pasdites IKMT është rikthyer përsëri për të çuar deri në fund operacionin e shembjes. Rikthimi i IKMT-së ka sjellë edhe përplasje mes banorëve. Ata vazhdojnë të kundërshtojnë shembjen e ndërtesave me gurë e lopata kundrejt policisë.
Të paktën të prisni deri më 1 shtator që të prishet, merrni Lleshajn e hajdeni prisheni. Më nxirr automatikun dhe më vrit! është shprehur pronari i biznesit që do të prishet.
Pavarësisht debatit që një ditë më parë dy kyebashkiakë, Voltana Ademi e Shkodrës dhe Pjerin Ndreu i Lezhës bënë me ministrin e Brendshëm, Sandër Lleshaj për të mos prishur ndërtimet në bregdet në kohën e sezonit veror, në Velipojë ishin prezent inspektorët e IKMT. Aty janë planifikuar për tu shembur 27 objekte dhe deri tani është prishur vetëm një dhe një tjetër është çmontuar nga vetë pronarët. E pranishme ishte edhe kryebashkiakja e Shkodrës, Voltana Ademi, e cila pengoi vazhdimin e aksionit, pasi kërkon nga IKMT vendimin e prishjes. Për sot aksioni u pezullua
Nga ky aksion është përjashtuar IMT e Bashkisë Shkodër, e cila nuk është njoftuar për ndërhyrjen. Kryetarja e Bashkisë së Shkodrës, Voltana Ademi, në një prononcim për gazetarët dhe se do të qëndrojë atyre derisa të sjellin shkresën me shkrim për shembjen e këtyre bizneseve
