Mjeku infeksionist Arjan Harxhi sqaron klasifikimin e personave të prekur me Covid 19 që humbin jetën nga kjo sëmundje. Harxhi thotë se kjo është çështje shifrash për sa kohë në të dyja rastet kemi të bëjmë me jetë të humbur, por theksoi se pavarësisht infektimit, në rast se pacienti është asimptomatik, shkak i vdekjes nuk është Covid19, por sëmundjet bashkëshoqëruese.
Kjo është çështje përkufizimesh. Kemi të bëjmë me jetë të humbura. Pak rëndësi ka nëse është Covid apo jo. Shkaku i vdekjes mund të mos jetë e lidhur me ato shenjat e rënda të Covid 19, për sa kohë mund të mos ketë ato shenjat e rënda të pneumonisë. Numrat janë bërë publike, si pasojë e shtrimeve me numër të ulët.

Është një terapi e rëndësishme. Tentohet që të goditet virusi, në të gjithë klinikat ka të disa protokolle për përdorimin e anti viraleve të ndryshme, antibiotikëve por edhe me skema apo barna anti inflamatorë.
E rëndësishme gjithmonë është reagimi në organizëm. Ne themi se risku i vdekshmërisë tek mosha e tretë është më i lartë se tek të rinjtë nisur nga ajo që ka ndodhur në vendet e tjera. Risku lidhet me sëmundjet shoqëruese, u shpreh Harxh.
Rastin parë të pacientit të prekur me koronavirus që doli nga intubimi një ditë më parë, Harxhi e quajti një lajm të gëzuar. Nga ana tjetër ai hodhi poshtë se spekulimet se ky sukses lidhet me doemos me faktin që ai po trajtohen në spitalin “Shefqet Ndroqi”, duke thënë se në të dy spitalet Covid ofrohet i njëjti kujdes për pacientët e intubuar dhe me të njëjta pajisjet mjekësore.
Në të dy spitalet Covid pajisjet janë të njëjta për kujdesin ndaj të prekurve dhe trajtimi i tyre bëhet njësoj. Patjetër që është një lajm i gëzuar dalja e pacientit nga intubimi dhe optimist që tregon që edhe ata që janë të sëmurë rëndë kanë shanse.
Në të dy institucionet ofrohet i njëjti kujdes me të njëjtën cilësi. Rastet në intubim janë kritike dhe paraqesin edhe sëmundje të tjera. Covid sëmundje është vdekjeprurëse. Ka një diferencë shumë të madhe me gripin. Të qenit e përhapur kaq shpejt dhe kaq agresive e bën shumë problem , u shpreh Harxhi.
