Kryeministri Edi Rama u shpreh se është shumë i shqetësuar nga humbja e durimit të shumë personave që kërkojnë që të hapen punët dhe kufijtë për të lëvizur. Rama u shpreh se ne sot jemi një rrezik potencial i vetvetes, pasi sulmi armik nuk na zuri në befasi.

‘Të dashur miq, lufta është ende larg së mbaruari. Rasti i Shkodrës na mësoi se cdo ulje e vigjilencës dhe se po dal se mua nuk do të më kapi dhe se cdo nxitim për tu kthyer në normalitet mund të na kthejë pas dhe të na fusë në qorrsokakun që kemi shmangur me dinjitet. Cdo familje, ndërmarrje, qeveria është në hall. Lufta vjen për të na shtuar hallet jo zgjidhur.

Në këtë luftë të hatashme me një armik të padukshëm askush nuk e ka një zgjidhje për gjithçka, askush nuk e ka një përgjigje për cdo dilemë dhe dilemat janë të forta. Askush nuk e di me siguri se ku është fundi. Ne shqiptarët që kemi një vend të vogël, jo me pak halle edhe pa këtë luftë, nuk duhet të harrojmë gjënë më të qarë; sot halli i halleve që na bashkon dhe askush nuk shpëton dot i vetëm është mbrojta e jetës dhe Shqipërisë nga një katastrofë humanitare.

Të tjerat janë të rëndësishme por të gjitha ti mbledhësh nuk janë aq të mëdha sa mund të kishim apo mund të kemi nëse nuk funksionon solidariteti. Deri këtu e ka penguar armikun të bëjë kërdinë që po bëhen lart e poshtë në Europë dhe botë. Unë sot jam shumë shumë në merak, sepse e lexoj dhe e dëgjoj, e ndjej se shumë po kujtojnë se ia hodhëm. Hap punët dhe rrugët. Na liro se ti nuk je Zoti, thonë disa. Në fakt kemi hyrë në një fazë shumë delikate, ku rreziku jemi më shumë ne sesa armiku, ne sot jemi një rrezik potencial i vetvetes, sulmi armik nuk na zuri në befasi, nuk na i mbushi spitalet me të plagosur.

Sot shansin e fundit për të na bërë gjëmën armiku ka dobësinë njerëzore, që shumë prej nesh nga humbja e durimit mund të na nxisë të bëhemi aleati i munguar i tij. Unë e di, por edhe e vuaj pa pushim dhimbjen tuaj, familjeve që kanë më shumë halle, të prindërve që nuk sjellin të ardhurat nga puna që është mbyllur, atyre që nuk kthehen, deri në palcë e ndjej dhimbjen që nuk ia del të qetësohet” tha Rama.
