Kreu i Sindikatës së Arsimit në Shkodër, Arjan Peraj ka thënë për Fax Neës në një lidhje me skype, se mësimi online është vetëm për të larguar stresin dhe vëmendjen nga gnjarjet tek nxënësit, ndërsa shtoi se ministria të mbajë fjalë dhe të mos e anulojë vitin shkollorë.
Sipas tij, problemi i pandemisë është më i madh se tërmeti pasi është periudhë më e gjatë dhe e shtrirë në gjithë vendin.
“Problemi i tërmetit ishte shumë i shkurtër dhe u rikuperua me zëvendësimin e orëve. Ne kemi kaluar më shumë se 6 muaj mësim, dhe kanë mbetur edhe pak e uroj që ministrja siç e dha fjalën të mos e anulojë vitin shkollorë. Mësimi online është për ti mbajtur nxënësit lidhur për të larguar stresin dhe shpresoj që të mos merret ndonjë vendim për notat, por vetëm në sajë të rezultateve që kanë pasur deri tani të vlerësohen edhe në këtë fazë. Me qindra udhëzime janë në mesazhet që na mbërrijnë dhe shkaktojnë vetëm stres tek ne. Nëse është konsideruar luftë ne të punojmë dhe ta kthejmë në paqe e jo të mbarojmë këtë periudhë nesër dhe mësuesit e nxënësit të dalin problem më i madh se COVID19
Peraj tha se është kundër mësimit online teksa propozoi se duhn të paktën tre televizione që të jap[in orë mësimore për të përmirësuar dhe bërë funksional procesin.
Ditët e fundit unë jam deklaruar hapur kundër mësimit online. Po e shesin me idenë e një suksesi imagjinar, farsa si pamundësi ekonomike dhe teknologjikepër ta ndjekur këtë mënyrë sepse jo të gjithë kanë telefona dhe internet, së pari është problem teknologjik dhe ekonomik. Janë disa kanale që japin akoma programe të viteve 80. Sikur tre stacione televizive të jepnin mësimin do të përmirësonbe situatën” tha Peraj.
