Policia e Shtetit ka sqaruar ditën e sotme hapat që qytetarët duhet të ndjekin për të lëvizur në këmbë nga dita e hënë.
Duke iu referuar urdhrit të ri kufizues që vetëm një pjesëtar nga familja duhet të dalë me leje të posaçme për Pazar, policia njofton se: “Nga data 30 mars 2020 e në vijim, në e-Albania do të ofrohet shërbimi online “Leje për dalje” nga shtëpia”.
Sqarim i Policisë së Shtetit:
Si do të lëvizin këmbësorët në zonat urbane, nga data 30 mars?
Në zbatim të masave kufizuese të shpallura për parandalimin e përhapjes së COVID-19, gjatë periudhës së kufizimeve të lëvizjes së shtetasve në zonat urbane, Policia e Shtetit sqaron se:
Nga data 30 mars 2020 e në vijim, në e-Albania do të ofrohet shërbimi online “Leje për dalje” nga shtëpia. Kjo leje vlen vetëm për fashën orare 05:00-13:00, për të bërë pazar apo blerë ilaçe.
“Leja për dalje” është vetëm 1 orë në ditë dhe miratohet vetëm për 1 pjesëtar të familjes, në atë ditë. Sistemi ndërvepron me Regjistrin Kombëtar të Gjendjes Civile, ku verifikohet përkatësia familjare e aplikantit dhe mesazhi miratues që mbërrin në telefonin e qytetarit është konfirmim për strukturat e Policisë.
Policia e Shtetit rikujton se “Leja për dalje” do t’i refuzohet çdo pensionisti, si një nga grupmoshat më të rrezikuara për t’u prekur nga COVID-19.
Për rastet e fatkeqsive, emergjencave, urgjencave apo sëmundjeve që kërkojnë trajtim mjekësor në institucionet e shëndetësisë, qytetari duhet të telefonojë në numrin 112 apo 129 dhe të presë konfirmimin për lëvizjen.
Gjithashtu, sqarojmë se në orarin 05:00 deri 13:00, nuk do lejohet asnjë qytetar të dalë nga banesa, përveç kësaj kategorie që do pajiset me autorizim, si dhe atyre që janë në punë dhe kanë autorizime të mëparshme.
Asnjë qytetar tjetër nuk do lejohet të dalë për arsye të tjera, si shëtitje, qëndrime në parqe e lulishte, sport apo lëvizje pa asnjë aryse.
Në zbatim të këtyre masave kufizuese, Policia e Shtetit apelon për familjarët që duan të bëjnë pazar apo të blejnë ilaçe që të aplikojnë në e-Albania apo në numrin falas 55155, pasi patrullat policore, nëse konstatojnë këmbësorë me mungesë të email-it apo mesazhit konfirmues nga e-Albania, do të aplikojnë gjobat ndaj shkelësve.
