Në dosjen hetimore të siguruar nga abcnews rezulton se gjatë telefonatava të përgjuara, babai i vëllezërve Aliko i ka kërkuar ndihmë për lirimin e djemve duke theksuar se i kërkonin 1 milion euro.

Gazmir Ajdinaj merr përsipër që ta ndihmojë dhe ndërmjetëson një takim të Adil Alikos me Henri Çilin. Në dosjen hetimore që ka siguruar abcnews.al theksohet se takimi është kryer në 7 dhjetor 2019 në Tiranë. Biseda është përgjuar dhe filmuar nga prokurorët. Gjatë kësaj bisede, mësohet se shuma e cila do të përdorej për lirimin e vëllezërve Aliko do të zbriste nga 1 milion euro në 750 mijë euro, ku një pjesë do të jepej CASH dhe pjesa tjetër me prona.

Sipas dosjes hetimore, rezulton se në 10 janar 2020, Henri Çili i ka dhënë një prokurorë për të vepruar në emrin e tij, bashkëpunëtorit Betim Shkupi për marrjen e dy pronave në formë dhurimi nga shoqëria “Fishta sh.p.k” në Velipojë.

Pas këtij dhurimi, Henri Çili komunikon me Gazmir Ajdinajn dhe i thotë se gjithçka ka shkuar për mrekulli dhe se meritonte një shpërblim.

Prokuroria ka konstatuar se më datë 3 shkurt 2020, Henri Çili ka komunikuar me Drejtoreshën e Kadastrës së Shkodrës duke i kërkuar që të veprojë me shpejtësi për regjistrimin e pronave.

Kjo shtetase, pasi i premton se do të veprojë shpejt, i kërkon që të dërgojë dokumentet, shkruhet në dosje.

Pas marrjes së pronave dhe parave, sipas prokurorisë, Henri Çili ka zhvilluar një takim me një drejtues të lartë të Sistemit të Drejtësisë në një hotel në Tiranë. Edhe ky takim është përgjuar.
