Nga biseda e përgjuar del se Aliko do i jepte Çilit një shumë prej 700 mijë euro, dhe disa apartamente në zonën e Velipojës dhe një sipërfaqe toke në Gjirokastër. Me sa duket i joshur nga oferta ekonomike e bërë nga Adil Aliko, Çili ka pranuar që përmes njohjeve të tij në gjyqësor, të fillojë punën për krijimin e situatës me qëllim për të zgjidhur çështjen në Gjykatën e Lartë. Por Gjykata e Lartë momentalisht nuk ka gjyqtarë dhe për pasojë Çili mësohet se i ka premtuar Adil Alikos, se me t’u formuar Gjykata e Lartë, çështja e djemve të tij, do jetë ndër të parat që do merret në shqyrtim gjyqësor.
Për të nisur punën tek gjyqtarët dhe vendosur urat e komunikimit me ta, Çilit besohet se i janë dhuruar sipërfaqe toke dhe dy apartamente nga shoqëria Fishta në Velipojë, që zotërohet nga biznesmeni Sait Fishta. Kontratat e dhurimit besohet se janë bërë në 10 janar 2020 dhe se personi që është paraqitur tek noteri dhe ka firmosur në emër të Henri Çilit dyshohet të jetë Betim Shkupi, në emër të të cilit do kalonin dhe pasuritë në hipotekën e Shkodrës dhe Gjirokastrës.
Në përgjimet e kryera nga prokuroria dhe policia, rezulton se mes Çilit dhe kunatit të tij ka dhjetëra biseda që flasin për këtë çështje, madje duke falenderuar dhe njëri-tjetrin për punën e bërë në shërbim për zgjedhjen e çështjes së vëllezërve Aliko.
Një tjetër përgjim ngreh dyshime se Henri Çili, bisedon me kryetarin e Kadastrës në Shkodër, duke i kërkuar të përshpejtonte aplikimin për regjistrimin e dy pasurive në Velipojë. Biseda është kryer në muajin shkurt.
Ndërkohë që Çili është fotografuar dhe filmuar nga policia e Tiranës, teksa konsumon një kafe me një gjyqtar në një hotel të rëndësishëm në Tiranë. Në këtë takim besohet se ka qenë dhe pedagogu i UET-së dhe avokati Ilir Korbi.
Nga ana tjetër në përgjimet e tjera rezulton se anëtarë të fisit Aliko në Gjirokastër, fillojnë të mbledhin para borxh në njerëzit e afërt të tyre me qëllim dhënien e Henri Çilit. Paratë mblidheshin dhe më pas Lazo Aliko, dyshohet se ja dorëzonte Gazmir Ajdinit dhe më tej ky i fundit besohet se ja dorëzonte Henri Çilit. Mësohet se Aliko është arrestuar në momentin kur do dorëzonte 10 milion lekë të vjetra, tek Gazmir Hajdini.
