Kryeministri Edi Rama ka debatuar me gazetarin Marin Mema, në mbledhjen e katërt të Komitetit Kombëtar të Rindërtimit.
Gazetari Mema, i cili është pjesë e fondacioneve që do ndihmojnë në procesin e rindërtimit, kërkoi që procesi i rindërtimit të nisë sa më shpejtë. Por, e menjëhershme ishte kundërpërgjigjja e kryeministrit Rama, i cili tha se çdo gjë do bëhet sipas tryezës, duke shtuar se edhe shpejtësia ka limit.
Marin Mema: Nuk dua të hap debat. Ne nuk kemi nisur si garë ndërtimin e shtëpive, por po përpiqemi të ndihmojmë familjet. Ne kështu e kemi menduar. Për të dhënë në fund të ditës një lloj drite shprese, që rindërtimi është duke filluar.
Rama: Me apo pa leje i keni bërë shtëpitë?Mema: Të gjitha me leje. Ne nuk do të bënim asnjë ndërtim pa leje, për t’u bërë të jashtëligjshëm, për ne është ligji në radhë të parë.
Rama: Në radhë të parët duhet respektuar kjo tryezë. Çdo ndihmë që vjen për familjet është e mirëpritur që të sistemojmë këto familje. Arsyeja themelore pse kemi kërkuar këtë bashkërendim është që të mos i bëjmë gjërat shpejt sot dhe nesër të paguajnë kosto njerëzit. Do ishte kollaj të thonim hajde bëjmë ca gjëra, por duam që të gjitha modelet të jenë të strukturuara, me të gjitha parametrat. I gjithë procesi shkon në një drejtim. Nuk duhet të vazhdojë ky proces në mënyrë individuale. Jemi këtu për një qëllim, duam ta bëjmë sa më shpejt, por shpejtësia ka një limit, pasi pa limit na çon në drejtim tjetër.
Shumë shpejt kjo historia e vënies në diskutim të modeleve do fashitet komplet, sepse bëhet fjalë për standarde shumë më të larta se standardet ekzistuese të godinave. Nga pikëpamja sizmike, ekologjike, edhe eficencës së energjisë, janë godina të konsoliduara, që përdoren në vendet e zhvilluara. Ajo që na duhet është të fillojmë punën një orë e më parë, që të kapim Marinin.
