Lulzim Basha bën Desada Metajn numrin 2 të PD, i merr zyra të fshehta te ish garda, ja kush janë të punësuarit e parë

Largimi nga emisioni Opinion i Desada Metajt dhe bashkimi me ekipin e Lulzim Bashës nuk përbën ndonjë suprizë për shumicën e gazetarëve.

Atyre nuk u kanë shpëtuar hyrje-daljet e shpeshta të Desadës në zyrën e kreut demokrat dhe as afrimi i saj me familjen biologjike të Bashës. Lajmi qëndron tek detyra që i është ngarkuar Desadës prej Kryetarit të Partisë Demokratike. “De facto” numri dy i PD.

Metaj do të drejtojë një zyrë komunikimi private të Lulzim Bashës, jashtë Partisë Demokratike, i cili ka për qëllim të kontrollojë të gjithë propagandën e Bashës duke përfshirë edhe kundërpropagandën ndaj sulmeve dhe kritikëve të imazhit dhe autoritetit të tij. Zyra që do të drejtojë Metaj do të koordinojë dhe bashkëpunojë ngushtë me një ekip konsulentësh politikë izraelitë, që janë kontraktuar nga Basha dhe që janë vendosur prej disa ditësh në Shqipëri, ku do të qëndrojnë deri në zgjedhjet e ardhshme.

Metaj do të mbajë titullin zyrtar Shefe e Përgjithshme e Komunikimit të Kryetarit të PD-së dhe do të jetë ajo që do të vendosë dhe kontrollojë përzgjedhjen, prodhimin dhe shpërndarjen e propagandës pro Bashës dhe kundër kundërshtarëve apo kritikëve të Bashës. Ndikimi i saj në propagandën e PD-së ka filluar të ndihet menjëherë siç u pa në sulmet e suksesshme që Basha dhe analistët pranë tij u bënë “revolucionarëve” “naivëve” “jorealistëve” në media dhe publik, që duke shërbyer si “paterica të Ramës” kritikuan marrëveshjen Gjiknuri-Bylykbashi-Vasili-Hajdari, për të bërë një marrëveshje të re Rama-Basha.

Por përveç përgatitjes dhe koordinimit të sulmeve ndaj kundërshtarëve të Bashës, Metaj do të mbajë, në emër të Bashës, kontaktet me mediat dhe njerëzit kryesorë të mediave në vend, me qëllim përmirësimin e mbulimit të Bashës prej tyre dhe në përgjithësi përmirësimit të imazhit të Bashës në media.

Zyra do të përdorë si kanale zyrtare dhe të identifikuara, ashtu edhe kanale private dhe anonime për të kanalizuar propagandën, përfshi krijimin e portaleve anonime dhe profileve fallco në rrjetet sociale, operacione këto tipikë për çdo operacion politik propagande.

I gjithë funksionimi i Zyrës së Komunikimit që do të drejtojë Metaj është konceptuar si një operacion privat, që nuk duhet të asociohet me Partinë Demokratike, me qëllim për të dhënë në publik idenë se produktet e këtij operacioni janë të pavarur, janë nga intelektualë dhe opinionistë indipendentë dhe qytetarë jopartiakë. Kjo do të forcojë idenë se mbështetja e kreut të opozitës në zonën gri të elektoratit, është në rritje të vazhdueshme, ndërkohë që kundërshtarët e tij dhe vetë Edi Rama janë në presion të vazhdueshëm nga zërat objektivë dhe të paanshëm.

Për këtë qëllim zyra e komunikimit është vendosur jashtë godinës së PD-së, pranë zonës së shtrenjtë tek ish Garda. Me përjashtim të Metajt, e cila u kujdes vetë të publikonte edhe lajmin për kthimin në PD, asnjë punonjës tjetër i zyrës nuk do të ketë lidhje me PD-në dhe zyrtarët e saj. Zyra do të financohet nga burime të fshehta, që nuk do të deklarohen zyrtarisht, siç bëjnë në fakt të gjitha partitë politike.

Për të dhënë idenë e pavarësisë nga PD të operacionit propagandistik, Desada Metaj, e cila drejton këtë operacion të ndërlikuar, ka përzgjedhur dhe ka marrë miratimin e Lulzim Bashës për një ekip, që jep në dukje idenë e njerezve të pavarur dhe objektivë.

I punësuari i parë i ekipit të Metajt është Fitim Zekthi, aktualisht këshilltar i Kryetarit të Partisë Demokratike dhe ish-kandidati për deputet në zonën e Elbasanit, i cili njihet për shkrimet e tij entuziaste dhe brohoritëse për zotin Basha. Javët e fundit ai ka ngritur dhe shpjeguar publikut një sërë tezash të ndërlikuara filozofiko-politike për arritjet e Bashës gjatë vitit që shkoi e sidomos suksesin e jashtëzakonshëm të Bashës që arriti ta bindë Ramën se duhet të ketë një marrëveshje të re Rama-Basha.

Anëtari tjetër i ekipit të Metajt është sociologu Ergys Mërtiri, i cili është dalluar në publik për diskutime temash sociale. Pas marrjes së detyrës Mërtiri ka qënë shumë aktiv në mbrojtjen publike të vendimeve dhe qendrimeve të Bashës dhe së bashku me Zekthin, do të jenë dy figurat kryesore “të pavarura” intelektuale në mbështetje të Bashës.

Anëtari i tretë i përzgjedhur nga Metaj nuk është i njohur në publik. Ai quhet Xhodi Hysa, me profesion financier, por që njihet nga njerëzit e medias me profilin e rremë në facebook Jozef Shvejk, përmes të cilit ka sulmuar ashpër 2 vjet më parë Lulzim Bashën, bashkëshorten dhe kunatin e tij.

Ai ka qenë student i Jorida Tabakut, e cila e punësoi anë në bashkinë Tiranë, kur ishte nënkryetare. Xhodi Hysa ka bërë fotografin personal të Tabakut, duke e shoqëruar atë në të gjitha aktivitet e saj publike, brenda dhe jashtë Parlamentit. Afrimi i Xhodi Hysës me Desada Metajn ndodhi kur ai ishte një nga administratorët e faqes anonime Lolita, në të cilën janë goditur shpesh Basha dhe bashkëpunëtorë të tij.
