Gjatë fjalës së tij kryeministri Edi Rama ka propozuar në rolin e sekretarit të përgjithshëm të Komitetit të Rindërtimit Ilir Hoxhollin i cili njiohet si një nga aktivistët kryesor të fondacionit që drejtohet nga Elvis Naçi.

Besoj se pas emërimit të Arbën Ahnm,etajt në krye të ministrisë së Shtetit për Rindërtimin, lind nevoja edhe për caktimin e një sekretari të përgjithashëm.

Me shumë kënaqësi unë do të propozoja zotinm Ilir Hoxholli i cili ka treguar edhe një gatishmëri dhe p[ërkushtim që në orët e para pas rënies së tërmetit, tha Rama.
