Banorët e pallatit të shembur: Takuam Pjerin Ndreun, më tha mos më bëj mua tërr, tërr

Një pallat 6 katesh i ndërtuar rreth 6 vite më parë është dëmtuar nga tërmeti ndërsa banorët e kanë braktisur atë, mndërsa tregojnë se për të diskutuar rreth situatës kanë takuar në zyrën e tij edhe kryebashkiakun Pjerin Ndreu.

Banorët e pallatit në rrugën “Shtraus” shprehen për Fax News se në takim kryebashkiaku ishte treguar shumë arrogant pasi iu ka thënë se situata është e jashtëzakonshme dhe të njëjtin hall e kishte edhe ai në shtëpinë e tij, ndërsa nhuk u ka dhënë një përgjgije nëse duhet të futen në apartamentet e tyre apo jo.

Sipas banorëve, pallati ka marrë dëmtime serioze strukturore dhe në kollonat e tij ndërsa shprehin frikën të futen brenda, por nga ana tjetër nuk i braktisin dot.

Unë i tregova hallin ndërsa pas kësaj i thashë se do të takohemi në një vend e kohë tjetër për të bërë një debat tjetër kur vijnë dhe na kërkojnë votat. Pa njohuri teknike për mua është i pabanueshëm. Administratori dhe pronari na kanë thënë se nuk  na japin dot ndonjë garanci, jemi të detyruar të qëndrojmë jashtë”, tha njëri nga banorët e pallatit, transmeton Faxweb.al

“Isha edhe unë tek kryetari i bashkisë, na priti në mënyrë arrogante, ‘është gjendje e jashtëzakonshme, kam hallet e mia tek shtëpia ime siç keni edhe ju hallet e tuaja’, megjithatë na tha se do vinin ekspërtët nga Tirana. Pronari thotë se nuk ka besim për jetën, me sa shikojmë ne është e rrezikshme. Pronari ka ardhur të vendos skele të sovatonte por erdhi Policia dhe e ndaloi pasi është shumë e rrezikshme të jetohet brenda tij. Kemi fjetur nëpër makina, tek miq e shokë tonë, nuk ka ardhur njeri të na ndihmojë. Duam të na sigurojnë nëse duhet të jetojmë apo jo në atë pallat. Kryebashkiaku na tha se nuk ua heq dot frikën juve. Apartamenti mund të shembet, të bien tulla, pronari na thotë futuni brenda po deshët, edhe kryebashkiaku por është shumë e rrezikshme. Duam të na thonë ose të futemi ose të qëndrojmë jashtë asgjë më shumë”, tha një tjetër qytetar.

Sipas gazetarit Martin Marku, pallati është 6 katësh i ndërtuar rreth 6 vite më parë ndërsa kollonat paraqesin rrezik pasi janë dëmtuar nga tërmeti dhe rrezikon të shembet. Të gjithë banorët janë larguar nga apartamentet e tyre për të mos rrezikuar jetën. Gazetari raportoi se ky nuk është i vetmi në këtë gjendje në qytet por ende nuk ka një shifër zyrtare nga autoritetet si për pallatet ashtu edhe për banesat private apo bizneset. Mësohet se një situatë e ngjashme paraqitet edhe në Kurbin e Mirditë.
