Situata në burgje, sqaron Drejtoria e Përgjithshme: Një punonjës i prekur te 313, në Reç ishte vetëm një i dyshuar

Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Burgjeve nëpërmjet një deklarate për shtyp ka sqaruar situatën në lidhje me të prekurit që pretendohen të jenë në burgjet e Shqipërisë. Në njoftim thuhet se ka vetëm një të prekur dhe ai është një punonjës i burgut 313 në Tiranë. Ai është karantinuar, ndërsa janë bërë tamponat edhe për kontaktet që ai ka patur, të cilët kanë rezultuar negativ.

Sakaq Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Burgjeve ka saktësuar se në Shkodër, konkretisht për burgun e Reçit, nuk ka asnjë të kontaminuar, ndryshe nga se ç’pretendohet. Sipas deklaratës thuhet se ka patur një dyshim, por nga testi i kryer ka rezultuar negativ. Ndërkohë vetë Ministria e Drejtësisë Etilda Gjoni në parlament tha se mediat duhet të bëjnë kujdes sepse nuk ka asnjë të prekur në burgje.

Deklarata

Deklaratë për shtyp Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Burgjeve, në transparencë të plotë me qytetarët, informon publikun se më datë 14.04.2020, një prej punonjësve që shërben në Institucionin e Ekzekutimit të Vendimeve Penale “Jordan Misja” në Tiranë, ka rezultuar i infektuar me virusin Covid-19. Më herët, ai i është nënshtruar kontrolleve të zakonshme shëndetësore të ekipit të mjekëve që kontrollon të gjithë punonjësit e burgjeve në kuadër të masave të marra për parandalimin e virusit Covid-19, ku nuk ka shfaqur asnjë shenjë. Vetëm pas shenjave që kanë shfaqur familjarët e tij, ai ka kryer një vizitë më të specializuar nga mjekët epidemiolog dhe pas kryerjes së tamponit përkatës në Spitalin Infektiv sipas protokolleve shëndetësore, ka rezultuar pozitiv së bashku me bashkëshorten dhe djalin. Në mënyrë të menjëhërshme, ekipi shëndetësor nga ana e Drejtorisë së Përgjithshme të Burgjeve, në bashkëpunim me mjekë epidemiologë ndërmorën menjëhëre masat për të kryer hetimin e duhur epidemiologjik.

Nga zhvillimi i hetimit epidemioligjik, informacionet nga dosja mjekësore, shqyrtimit të kamerave të sigurisë si dhe intervistimeve përkatëse me punonjësit, janë grumbulluar të dhënat e sakta ku rezulton se: -Punonjësi nuk ka pasur kontakte të afërta me persona të tjerë si dhe gjatë ushtrimit të aktivitetit të tij ditor ka qenë i pajisur me maska, doreza si dhe ka ruajtur distancimin social duke respektuar të gjitha udhëzimet e DPB në kuadër të masave të ndërmarra kohë më parë për të parandaluar përhapjen e Covid-19 dhe ndërprerjen në kohë të çdo rreziku që mund të vijë. Theksojmë se, punonjësi nuk ka pasur asnjë funksion të lidhur drejtpërdrejt me regjimin e brendshëm të burgjeve, ç’ka deri më tani konfirmojmë se nuk ka asnjë rrezik për të burgosurit.

Pas përfundimeve të nxjerra nga grupi i specialistëve të shëndetësisë në DPB, të shqyrtuara me kujdes edhe nga mjekë epidemiologë, më datë 15.04.2020 janë marrë masat për mbajtjen nën kontroll, vetëkarantimim dhe kryerje të analizave për disa punonjes të këtij institucioni. Këta të fundit, pasi kanë kryer analizat përkatëse kanë rezultuar të gjithë me përgjigje NEGATIV dhe do ti rikthehen punës shumë shpejt.

Ndërkohë, DPB vazhdon të përforcojë edhe më shumë shkallën e dizinfektimit për të gjitha ambjentet e administratës, ambjentet në regjimin e jashtëm dhe të brendshëm. Gjithashtu, në zbatim të urdhrave të lëshuara nga Ministri i Drejtësisë, në të gjitha IEVP-të janë zbatuar me rigorozitet të gjitha masat e vendosura, ku janë dezinfektuar rregullisht ambjentet, janë furnizuar plotësisht me ilaçe, janë pajisur të gjithë punonjësit me maska dhe doreza si dhe janë zhvilluar trajnime apo porosi të veçanta për çdo punonjës. Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Burgjeve, i uron shërim sa më të shpejtë punonjësit të infektuar dhe familjarëve të tij duke shpresuar që masat e ndërmarra do të ndërpresin çdo zinxhir infektiv. Nga ana tjetër, Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Burgjeve përgënjeshtron lajmin e përcjellë në disa media ku tendecionalisht spekulohej se kanë rezultuar pozitiv me virusin Covid-19 edhe dy punonjës në IEVP “Shkodër”

Në mënyrë të qëllimtë për ngjalljen e panikut në publik, disa media elektronike në mënyrë të përsëritur kanë fabrikuar histori për punonjës të infektuar. Sqarojmë se deri më tani, punonjësit tanë gëzojnë shëndet të plotë dhe nuk kanë asnjë shenjë të Covid-19. Pak ditë më parë, ka pasur vetëm një dyshim për një punonjës, ku pas kryerjes së tamponit përkatës ai rezultoi negativ dhe vijon punën normalisht.

Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Burgjeve, i bën thirrje të gjitha medieve dhe lutet për më shumë kujdes, përgjegjshmëri dhe profesionalizëm në përcjelljen e informacioneve kaq delikate për shëndetin e stafit dhe të burgosurve, pasi publikimi i informacioneve të tjetërsuara dhe të rreme për institucione të sigurisë së lartë, shkakton dëmtime të rënda emocionale. DPB siguron se vijon të jetë në gadishmëri të plotë gjatë gjithë kohës, duke mbajtur nën monitorim të përforcuar të gjithë situatën për të parandaluar në kohë çdo rrezik të mundshëm të shkaktuar nga virusi Covid19
