Përshëndetje të dashur bashkëqytetarë !

Duam ta nisim këtë komunikim me një falenderim për të gjithë ju që po respektoni masat e distancimit social e të karantinës dhe me urimin që të jeni mirë e ta kalojmë sa më parë këtë sfidë të përbashkët.

Ditën e sotme jemi njohur përsëri me një rritje të rasteve në qytetin tonë, rritje e cila e çon numrin e të prekurve në qytetin e Shkodrës në 31 raste. Urimi ynë shkon për shërimin sa më të shpejtë të bashkëqytetarëve tanë dhe të gjithë shqiptarëve që janë prekur nga Virusi Korona.

Partia Demokratike,dega Shkodër shpreh mirënjohjen dhe falenderimin maksimal për çdo person që sot është në krye të detyrës – nga bluzat e bardha, forcat e policisë, të gjithë ata që po mbështesin familjet në nevojë si dhe bizneset të cilat duhet të vazhdojnë të sigurojnë elementet jetike për qytetarët.

Thirrja jonë sot shkon për përkujdesjen dhe mbrojtjen maksimale të bluzave të bardha, të cilët janë në frontin e parë të luftës e pa të cilët nuk mund të përballemi me këtë virus të frikshëm.

Qeveria duhet të garantojë pa asnjë vonesë të gjitha mjetet e nevojshme mbrojtëse për personelin shëndetësor për të shmangur pasoja negative në shëndetin e tyre dhe të të gjithë qytetarëve. Duhet ti garantohen të gjitha kushtet personelit të Spitalit Shkodër në mënyrë që të arrijnë të mbrojnë shëndetin e tyre dhe të familjarëve të tyre.Është urgjente që në Shkodër të kemi kitet dhe tamponat testues për të bërë analizat për këdo që dyshohet si i prekur që të sigurohet mirëqenia e qytetarëve,por edhe për të ndërprerë zinxhirin e përhapjes së këtij virusi. Sigurimi i tamponeve është i domosdoshëm,pasi numri i ulët i testimeve në qytetin tonë nuk ndihmon në frenimin e përhapjes së virusit. Rritja e testimeve është një element i kërkuar nga Organizata Botërore e Shëndetësisë dhe qeveria e vendit duhet ta ndërmarrë menjëherë këtë praktikë.

Duhet të evitohet përhapja e panikut në vend dhe mënyra më e mirë për ta arritur këtë është transparenca. Qeveria duhet të jetë transparante në çdo masë dhe veprim të ndërmarrë.

I bëjmë thirrje të gjitha institucioneve përgjegjëse të jenë transparente me numrin e testimeve, numrin e respiratorëve e të shtretërve si dhe masat e ndërmarra për mbrojtjen e personelit në qytetin e Shkodrës.

Të dashur bashkëqytetarë,
Ekonomia e qytetit tonë sot po kalon një kohë të vështirë. Ajo ka nevojë për garanci dhe mbështetje. Përsërisim kërkesën tonë ndaj qeverisë që të ndërmarrë masa të shpejta dhe transparente për të mbështetur të gjithë ato që janë të prekur nga kjo situatë. Partia Demokratike dhe kryetari Lulzim Basha kanë propozuar prej datës 11 Mars masa të forta mbështetëse për qytetarët dhe për biznesin. Marrja e këtyre masave është jetike për të shmangur krizën ekonomike që mund të pasojë këtë sfidë që po kalon vendi ynë.

Gjithashtu,në këtë kohë të vështirë kemi nevojë për shtimin e solidaritetit e mbështetjes ndaj njëri-tjetrit pasi jemi të gjithë bashkë në këtë sfidë.

Partia Demokratike,dega Shkodër i bën thirrje qytetarëve të vijojnë të respektojnë të gjitha masat e kërkuara nga Organizata Botërore e Shëndetësisë!
