Bashkinë Malësi e Madhe, në NjA Kelmend ka 40 cm bore, segmenti i Tamarës i bllokuar po punojne 2 mjete, NjA Shkrel, trashësia e dëborës 20 cm, po punon një mjet, ndërsa Qafe Thore e bllokuar, trashësia 1m.
Në akset Koplik- Bogë dhe Dedaj- Razëm ka reshje dëbore në lartësite mbi 400 metra. Trashësia e dëborës është rreth 5-10 cm. Eshtë punuar për pastrim. Kalimi pa zinxhirë.
Në Bashkinë Fushë Arrëz, trashësia e dëborës arrin 15 cm, vazhdojnë reshjet e dëborës .
Në aksin Qafë Mali – Fierze ka pase reshje borë në një trashësi 10-15 cm. Është punuar për pastrim dhe kriposje. Kalimi pa zinxhire.
Nga Bashkia Fushë Arrëz informohemi për mungesa në rezerva ushqimore në shumë dyqane.
Ndërsa situata në bashkitë e tjera është e monitorueshme.
Në Bashkinë Pukë, trashësia e dëborës arrin 15 cm, po punohet për pastrimin e rrugeve me një fadrome.
Në aksin K/Hadroj- Qafe-Bene ka pasë reshje bore në një trashësi 4-5 cm është punuar për pastrim.
Qarkullimi normal pa zinxhire.
Në Bashkinë Shkoder kemi vështirësi qarkullimi në NjA Shalë, Shosh, Pult, po punohet nga firmat kontraktore.
Në të gjitha akset e tjera të qarkut Shkoder nuk kemi probleme pasi kemi reshje të lehta bore dhe shiu.
Reshjet e dëborës në pjesën me të madhe të territorit të Qarkut, kanë pushuar.
