Në kuadër të masave kufizuese për parandalimin e përhapjes e coronaviruesit Covid 2019, Policia e Shtetit sqaron opinionin publik se

Do lejohet qarkullimi i mjeteve rrugore private të shtetasve me numër të kufizuar njerëzish 4plus 1 në të gjithë vendin për tu kthyer në vendbanimet e tyre, nga ora 00 00 deri në orën 08 00 të datës 16 03 2020, duke respektuar kufizimet higjeno sanitare të situatës së krijuar. Nuk do lejohet qarkullimi i mjeteve të shërbimit publik, përjashtuar shërbimin taksi 4 plus 1, brenda këtij orari.

Do të lejohet qarkullimi në oraret 06.00 deri në orën 08.00 në mëngjes dhe 16 00 deri 17 00 mbasdite i mjeteve furgonçina, furgonë, minibuisë, autobusë që do bëjnë transportin e personelit dhe punonjësve të bizneseve prodhuese/ industriale bujqësore, duke marrë masa individuale mbrojtëse sipas kërkesave të dërguara dhe miratuara nga Policia e Shtetit, si dhe
qarkullimi i automjeteve për punonjësit e Policisë së Burgjeve, SHPSFve, si dhe personeli shëndetësor me mjetet e tyre private për vajtje ardhje në pune, në oraret e ndërrimit të turneve, kundrejt dokumentit të institucionit ku punojnë.

Do të lejohet lëvizja e mjeteve rrugore që kryejnë transporte të mallrave brenda dhe jashtë vendit për llogari të individëve, firmave dhe kompanive vendas dhe të huaja, furgonçina, furgonë, kamionë të cilët merren më furnizimin e me produkte ushqimore dhe blegtorale dhe që ofrojnë shërbime për qytetarët, mjetet që transportojnë bazë ushqimore për blegtorinë.

Me qëllim kthimin e përgjigjeve në kohë të kërkesave të qytetareve, të cilët kanë nevojë të komunikojnë për probleme të ndyshme ne nr 112 129 si dhe në numrat e dedikuar 0694122223 dhe 0694122224 sqarojmë pronarët dhe administratorët e subjekte që merren me shpërndaje të produkteve ushqimore, apo që ofrojnë shërbime të cilat përdorën Furgoncina, forgonë dhe kamionë se nuk kanë nevojë për autorizim për levizje,pasi ato jana të përfshira në kategorine e mjeteve që lejohen të qarkullojnë pa autorizim. Theksojmë se në këto automjete do qarkullojnë vetëm drejtuesit e këtyre automjeteve dhe jo familjarë apo pasagjërë të tjerë.

Policia e Shtetit gjen rastin për të apeluar edhe njëherë për të gjithë drejtuesit e automjeteve që të respektojnë me korrektësi kufizimet e vendosura pasi shkelja e tyre do ndëshkohet me masa të rrepta administrative të reja të vendosura nga Qeveria për shkak të situatës, me qëllim parandalimin e përhapjes së COVID 19
