Bllofi i Ramës në konferencën e shtypit me Lavror, nuk tregoi vetëm faktin që ai dhe qeveria e tij nuk e kanë haberin e politikës së jashtme. Si kryeministër dhe ministër i jashtëm, nuk kishte asnjë informacion për marrëveshjen e vitit 2004 mes Shqipërisë dhe Rusisë. Deklaroi me vetësigurinë që karakterizon të paditurin, se që nga koha e Stalinit (në fakt prishka u bë në kohën e Hrushovit) nuk ka rënë as telefoni mes Tiranës dhe Moskës.

Lavrov, që është një ndër diplomatët më me përvojë në arenën nderkombëtare, shfrytëzoi rastin ta nxirrte bllof, por edhe të kujtonte se traktati i miqësisë dhe bashkëpunimit i nënshkruar, nuk.ishte ratifikuar nga pala shqiptare.

Nxorri kështu që problem për të cilin Kryeministri ministër i Jashtëm nuk mund të mos ishte në dijeni. Një informacion që ai duhet ta kishte marrë me vete në vend të gazetarëve – shtëpiakë. Në vend të ndjesës për ate përfaqësim të sikletshëm që po i bënte Shqipërisë dhe OSBE- së, Rama përfitoi që me të njëjtin shkëlqim injorance, te sulmonte kryetarin e Partisë Demokratike.

“Po ka pasur një marrëveshje të nënshkruar mes jush dhe udhëheqësit të sotëm të opozitës sepse ka qenë Ministër i Jashtëm i asaj kohe por më duhet ti mbetem parimit që diçka që është nënshkruar nga qeveria e mëparshme natyrisht nuk është se nuk duhet pranuar nga qeveria aktuale. Kur të kthehem në vend do ta shoh me kujdes dhe do tju dëshmoj që unë them çfarë bëj dhe bëj çfarë them” tha Rama, me të njëjtën lehtësi që flet para Gramoz Ruçit, duke bërë një tjetër gabim.

Në 2004 ka qenë Fatos Nano Kryeministër dhe Kastriot Islami Ministër i Jashtëm. Pas 2005 Kastriot Islami ishte një nga njerëzit më të afërt të Ramës, por kryeministri ishte duke menduar tjetër gjë.

Ai e kishte mendjen tek procesi gjyqësor kundër Lulzim Bashës me akuzën për financimet ruse. Një proces qesharak, që mori përgjigje negative nga gjykata në shkallën e parë. Apelimi i vendimit të gjykatës nga 2 prokurorë me shumë halle përpara Vettingut, u shpjegua sot në konferencën e shtypit, kur gjuha e Ramës shkoi atje ku dhimbte dhembi. Megjithëse shkoi me pompozitetin e Presidentit të Radhës së OSBE, megjithëse po dështonte të dukej serioz në një sprovë delikate, ai përsëri nuk e tejkaloi dot mentalitetin e politikanit dallkauk që sundon me të gjitha mjetet një vend të vogël.

E vetmja e mirë që erdhi nga ky turpërim, ishte se u bë akoma më e qartë që provat kundër Bashës në çështjen e lobimit rus i mbledh Rama, i paraqet me hundën mbyllur prokuroria, dhe i rrëzon gjykata.
