Fondi Shqiptar i Zhvillimit ka hapur tre tendera për projektime dhe rikonstruksione rrugësh.

Tenderi i parë më një fond limit 24 milionë e 853 mijë lekë është ai i aksit rrugor Qafë Qelë – Koman, ku kompanitë e interesuara mund të dorëzojnë ofertat deri më 13 mars 2020.

Ky segment ka një gjatësi afërsisht 29 km dhe kalon në terren kryesisht kodrinor dhe malor. Projekti i rikonstruksionit do të synojë të përmirësojë cilësinë dhe sigurinë e lëvizjes.

Sipas dokumenteve bashkëngjitur tenderit kjo rrugë është në gjendje të amortizuar, e mbushur me gropa dhe pa mbrojtëse anësore.

Segmenti rrugor “Qafë Qele Koman” fillon nga degëzimi në drejtim të Komanit i rrugës Shkodër Pukë Fushë Arrëz Kukës dhe ndjek gjurmën ekzistuese, pothuajse në krah të liqenit ( lumit Drin ) deri në Koman. Ky segment ka një gjatësi afërsisht 29km dhe kalon në terren përgjithësisht kodrinor dhe malor.

“Segmenti rrugor Qafë Qele Koman ka një gjerësi asfaltike afërsisht 6m me bankina në të dy anët e saj me gjerësi 0.5m. Rruga është në gjendje të degraduar ku në pjesë të caktuara të saj ka cedime, gropa në asfalt , mungesë mbrojtësesh metalike anësore, probleme me rënie dherash nga skarpatet e siperme etj.

Përveç përdoruesve të përhershëm banorët e fshatrave , Gomsiqe , Karmë , Koman , punonjësve të H/c të Komanit, banoreve të Shllakut që lidhen nga liqeni i Vau Dejes , kjo rrugë përdoret dhe nga turistë .

Në vitet e fundit, rruga po përdoret shumë nga turistët vëndas e të huaj që kërkojnë të shkojne me traget nga Komani per në Tropojë , Valbonë” shkruhet në dokumentin e tenderit.

Objektivi kryesor i projektit: “Rikonstruksioni i rrugës Qafë Qele Koman” është përmiresimi i aksesit drejt potencialeve turistike të rajonit te Alpeve, me qëllim përmirësimin e eksperiencës turistike, cilësisë së jetës për komunitetet si dhe mundësi për zhvillimin ekonomik të qendrueshem të zonës. Projekti i rikonstruksionit do të synojë të përmirësojë cilësinë dhe sigurinë e lëvizjes.
