Mbështetja dhe riintegrimi i familjeve dhe personave të kthyer nga emigrimi, janë në fokus të vëmendjes së Bashkisë së Shkodrës. Në funksion të këtij synimi, është edhe ëorkshopi me temë Shëndeti Mendor e psikologjik dhe rikthimi në vendin e origjinës që po zhvillohet në qytetin e Shkodrës. Përfaqësuesi I Dimak Albania, Gligor Stojkov flet në lidhje me këtë eksperiencë në Shkodër
