SPAK kthen dosjet e OFL: Duam prova për hetimin!

Kanë kaluar 10 ditë nga momenti, kur Operacioni Forca e Ligjit zbriti në terren dhe e nisi me Shijakun, e më pas me Durrësin dhe Elbasanin procedurën e dërgimit të formularëve për deklarimin e pasurisë. Në dy raste, formularët janë dorëzuar në OFL, dhe kjo e fundit i ka përcjellë në SPAK.

Por, kur pritej që Prokuroria Speciale të ndërhynte ka ndodhur e kundërta. Vendimi i parë ka qenë krejtësisht kundër OFL, që sipas SPAK duhet të hetojë dhe të dorëzojë më shumë prova dhe jo vetëm formularë, që ngjasojnë me deklarata thjeshtë e shkruar “e zeza mbi të bardhë”

SPAK ka kthyer këtë përgjigje për Altin Hajrin e Shijakut dhe Saimir Taullain e Lushnjes. Por, ka shumë gjasa, që këto përfundime të SPAK të jenë edhe për rastet e tjera të personave që thjesht kanë dorëzuar formularët e pasurisë, të ideuar nga OFL.

Vetë SPAK thotë se e ka të pamundur të sigurojë prova, duke qenë kjo një detyrë ligjore e Policisë, ndaj duket se afatet e SPAK, por edhe kërkesat e mundshme në gjykatë për vendosjen nën sekuestro, qartësisht i ngjajnë një blofi, që askush nuk e di, se nga kush po luhet më fort.

Sipas aktit normativ, SPAK ka vetëm 15 ditë kohë për verifikim, e pamjaftueshme të paktën siç thonë vetë prokurorët, më pas procesi shkon në gjykatë, që në mungesë të provave edhe atje, shumë gjasa ka qenë vendimi të jetë në favor të atyre që janë deri më tani objekt i OFL.
