U njoftua si super aksion kundër bixhozit, policia sekuestron vetëm 5 mijë lekë të vjetra

Policia e Shtetit raportoi se kishte kapur në kushtet e flagrancës 6 persona duke luajtur poker dhe letra me bast, ndërsa kishte arrestuar pronarin e nje lokali ne Kombinat.

Sipas njoftimit të Policisë, në cilësinë provës materiale ishin sekuestruar letra pokeri dhe sasi parash, ndërsa për këto të fundit ka është zbuluar një detaj qesharak. Lidhur me këtë ngjarje, ka reaguar edhe një nga të proceduarit nga Policia, që ndodhej në lokal duke treguar edhe versionin e tij të ngjarjes.

Qytetari mohon akuzat e policisë, duke u shprehur se në momentin që erdhi policia, mbi tavolinë ndodhej kusuri i birrave që kishte lënë kamarieri. Ai thotë se ishin duke luajtur murlan me birra dhe se kjo gjë ndodh çdo ditë në lokal.

Më tutje, denoncuesi thekson se policia nuk ka nxjerrë asnjë foto të materialeve të sekuestruara. Në në njoftimin zyrtar thuhet se janë sekuestruar letra pokeri dhe një sasi parash, por policia nuk ka publikuar asnjë foto nga operacioni, gjë e cila ngre dyshime. Ai thotë se të katër personat që po luanin nuk kishin më shumë se 22 mijë lekë të vjetra në total.

Së fundmi JOQ Albania ka zbuluar edhe procesverbalin e sekuestrimit të parave që ndodheshin në lokal. Turp ta thuash, por policia ka sekuestruar vetëm një monedhë 500 lekëshe. Mesa duket ky quhet aksion i fuqishëm kundër bixhozit sipas policisë.

Shërbimet e Policisë të Komisariatit Nr 6, në bazë të informacioneve të marra se në një lokal ushtrohej veprimtari e kundërligjshme e lojërave të fatit, arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin E. B 40 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, si dhe proceduan në gjendje të lirë gjashtë shtetas të tjerë. Gjatë kontrollit të ushtruar në lokalin e shtetasit E.B, në rrugën Haki Stërmilli në Kombinat, 6 shtetasit e proceduar tashmë nga Policia, u konstatuan duke luajtur lojëra me letra pokeri me lekë . Në cilësinë e provës materiale u sekuestruan letra pokeri dhe një sasi lekësh. Materialet iu referuan për veprime të mëtejshme Prokurorisë së Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë për veprat penale Organizim ose ushtrim i veprimtarive të lojërave të fatit në kundërshtim me ligjin dhe Vënia në dispozicion e lokaleve për lojëra të palejuara  njoftoi Policia.
