Njollë e zezë kontrabande! Ardi Veliu zbarkon në Shkodër: Luftë fajdeve dhe krimit të organizuar

Shkodra është një njollë e zezë sa i takon kontrabandës” – kjo ka qenë deklarata e bërë në mbledhjen e drejtuesve të policisë së Shkodrës nga kreu i policisë së Shtetit, Ardi Veliu. Ky i fundit i shoqëruar nga Drejtori për Krimin e Organizuar Tonin Vocaj dhe Drejtori i Rendit Gjovalin Loka kanë zbarkuar ne Shkodër në analizën e Policisë së Shkodrës për 2019.

Edhe pse në shifra, ngjarjet kriminale kane qenë më të ulëta se në vitin 2018, sërish drejtuesit e Policisë së Shkodrës nuk i kanë shpëtuar kritikave.

“Gjatë vitit 2018 kemi pasur 26 vepra penale sa i përket kontrabandës. Kemi pasur ulje te fenomenit ne 2019-en. Ka rënë kontrabanda apo është paaftësi e juaja? Shkodra është një njollë e zezë në vend sa i takon kontrabanës”- është shprehur Veliu.

Një nga temat e tjera të diskutuara ka qenë edhe fenomeni i ‘Fajdeve’ në qytetin verior. Veliu edhe tek kjo pjesë ka hedhur kritika ndaj policisë duke thënë lufta kundër këtij fenomeni në Shkodër është zbehur.

Stina e protestave dhe menaxhimi i zgjedhjeve vendore te 2019-es nuk kane kaluar pa u prekur nga Drejtori i Policisë së Shtetit Ardi Veliu: “Perveç Tiranës edhe ne Qarqe ka pasur protesta, me pas edhe menaxhimin e fushatës ku qe një fushatë e vështirë për përballimin nga policia se bashku me sezonin turistik ku ju falenderoj për punën e bërë”

Sipas Veliut lufta kundër krimit të organizuar është sfida për vitin 2020. Veliu ka kërkuar që të dokumentohet gjithçka sa i takon krimit, ndërsa ka shtuar se duhen të angazhohen të gjithë strukturat e policisë vendore në Shkodër.

“Ne kompleks të gjithë situatën ka shumë problematika. Kërkohet angazhim nga të gjitha strukturat. Dua ta ndaj ne dy pjesë, angazhim total për ngjarjet e rënda, por një neglizhencë për krimet kundër pronës. Detyra jone është ta zbardhim çdo ngjarje, duhet vlerësim maksimal për veprat penale kundër pronës duke iu referuar rasteve te vjedhjeve dhe grabitjeve te cilat në të shumtën e rasteve janë neglizhuar. Parandalimi ne kontrollin e territorit.” tha ndër të tjera Veliu.

Drejtori Veliu por edhe Drejtori i Rendit në Policinë e Shtetit Gjovalin Loka ka kritikuar efektivët e Shkodrës ku ka kërkuar angazhim me të madh sa i takon parandalimit pasi sipas tyre kjo pjese e është ne nivele tepër të ulëta.

Analiza e policisë se Shkodrës ka zgjatur rreth dy ore ndërkohë që është zhvilluar pa praninë e mediave.
