Ndersa nuk ngurojne te shprehin zhgenjimin per ecurine e deritaanishme. Ato thone se Shkodra eshte nje qytet me potencial te madh por politikat disa vjeçare nuk kane bere me te miren e mundshme ne kete qytet duke bere qe rinia te largohet ose drejt kryeqytetit ose jashte vendit .
