Nga shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Shkodër, falë bashkëpunimit me qytetarët dhe reagimit të shpejtë u arrestua në flagrancë shtetasi T V 36 vjeç, banues në lagjen “Tre Heronjtë” Shkodër. Arrestimi i tij u bë pasi u kap në flagrancë nga shërbimet e Policisë, në banesën e shtetasit I. D., 50 vjeç, në lagjen “Daniel Matlia” Shkodër, në tentativë për të vjedhur.

Gjithashtu, shtetasi T. V. ka thyer vendimin e gjykatës, pasi ndaj tij Gjykata e Apelit Shkodër, me vendim Nr. 277, datë 16.12.2019, ka caktuar masën e sigurimit personal “Arrest në shtëpi” për veprat penale “Shkelja e rregullave të qarkullimit rrugor” dhe “Drejtimi i automjeteve në mënyrë të parregullt”
