Një automjet furgon është shkrumbuar nga flakët paraditen e sotme në Shkodër, në rrethana ende të paqarta.

Pronari i mjetit është Pjerin Naçaj, i cili dyshon se ngjarja ka qenë e qëllimshme, pasi mjeti nuk ka pasur asnjë defekt.

Nuk dihet ende nëse zjarri është shkaktuar nga ndonjë pakujdesi e punonjësve të lavazhdit, ndërsa në vendngjarje kanë shkuar dhe punonjësit e zjarrfikësve, si dhe oficerë policie.
