Ngjarja ka ndodhur në Allias të Tiranës ndërsa dy persona kanë hyrë brenda banesës duke ndeshur përballjen me çiftin Laze, kjo dyshohet se ka ndodhur papritur pasi mendohet se ata kanë pasur informacione se nuk kishte persona në banesë.
Kjo ka shkaktuar edhe konfrontim fizik mes grabitësve dhe pronarëve të banesë, ku më pas agresorët kanë nxjerr armë dhe kanë qëlluar
Petrit Lazen, 61 vjeç plumbi e ka kapur në pjesën e barkut ndërsa mësohet se ndodhet tek Spitali i Traumës nën kujdesin intensiv të mjekëve në gjendje të rëndë, ndërsa bashkëshortja e tij 59 vjeçare, Aferdita, ka marrë një plumb në kofshë dhe ndodhet në gjendje më të stabilizuar shëndetësore
Së fundmi u mësua se vajza e tyre 17 vjeçe, Dejzi Laze gjendej brenda banesës në momentin kur ka ndodhur ngjarja ndërsa është marrë në pyetje nga policia për të dëshmuar atë çfarë ka parë pak para mesnate në banesën e saj.
Ende nuk ka të dhëna nga ajo çfarë 17 vjeçarja ka dëshmuar, ndërsa pista që po ndiqet është ajo e plagosjes në tentativë për të grabitur pasi dyshohet se autorët mund të kenë pasur informata se brenda banesës ka sasi të konsiderueshme parash
Në momentin kur policia dhe grupi hetimor janë futur në banesë për të gjetur gjurmët e autorëve kanë konstatuar rrëmujë dhe lëvizje të ç’rregullt të orendive shtëpiake kjo për shkak të përplasjes me të zotët e shtëpisë por dyshohet edhe gjatë tentativës së tyre për të gjetur atë për të cilën ishin nisur
Policia nga ana tjetër ka ngritur pika kontrolli për kapjen e autorëve ndërsa ka shoqëruar deri më tani të paktën 10 persona për ti marrë në pyetje
