Vrasja e pronarit të një bujtine në Theth, Nardi Polia, në mars të vitit 2019, ka çuar në marrjen e pesë personave të pandehur nga prokuroria e Shkodrës. Njeriu që ka qëlluar plot 16 plumba në drejtim të Polia është Kristjan Sulaj allias Martini, ndaj të cilit prokuroria ka ngritur akuzën e Vrasjes me paramendim kryer në bashkëpunim dhe Mbajtje pa lejë të armëve luftarake

Çështja penale kundër Krisjan Sulaj dhe katër bashkëpunëtorëve të tjerë të këtij, është çuar për shqyrtim gjyqësor, ku të pandehurit e tjerë janë Gilbert Toma dhe Kleando Toma, të akuzuar për Moskallëzim Krimi

Ndërsa Alfred Martini është marrë i pandehur për “Veprime që pengojnë zbardhjen e të vërtetës” si dhe Ndue Toma është vënë nën akuzë për Mbajtje pa lejë të armëve, dhe municioneve shpërthyese

Në dosje qartësohet se rolin vendimtar për zbardhjen e kësaj vrasje që tronditi Shkodrën, luajtën disa pamje filmike të sekuestruara në kohë nga prokuroria dhe policia e Shkodrës.

Në pamjet filmike duket qartë silueta e autorit të krimit, Kristjan Sulaj, i cili pasi djeg motorin që e kishte përdorur gjatë vrasjes, hipën në një automjet tip Audi A4 dhe largohet duke humbur gjurmët.

Silueta e fundit e vrasësit të Nard Polia, vërehet në 23 mars 2019, ora 00 13, kur është larguar nga Shqipëria nëpërmjet pikës kufitare Hani i Hotit, me automjetin me targë AA 523 EU.

Ndërkohë pas kryerjes së vrasjes sipas prokurorisë duke iu referuar dhe përgjimeve telefonike rezulton se Gilbert Toma komunikon me numrin e telefonit 068XXX093 duke i pohuar: …Takohemi bashkë, të ikim në Vlorë…

Pas disa biseda të përgjuara dhe sigurimin e pamjeve filmike, që tregojnë se autori largohet, policia ka arrestuar në muajin Mars 2019 pronarin e Audit A4 dhe dy miqtë e tij. Ndërkohë Kristjan Sulaj, është shpallur në kërkim ndërkombëtar, pasi është provuar se ai është larguar jashtë shtetit.

Por kërkimi i tij nuk ka zgjatur shumë, pasi është kapur në Danimarkë dhe u ekstradua në Shqipëri. Sipas akuzës të dyshuarit Gilberto Toma, Alfred Martini dhe Kleandro Toma janë arrestuar nga policia e Shkodrës, në 24 mars 2019, pasi dyshohen si autorë të veprës penale të Mbajtje pa leje të armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe municioneve Kryerjes së veprimeve që zbulojnë zbardhjen e të vërtetës dhe Moskallëzim Krimi
