16 vite pas tragjedisë së 9 Janarit, familjarët e viktimave që humbën jetën kërkojnë ende drejtësi. Të zhgënjyer nga të gjitha shkallët e gjyqësorit, familjarët kanë besim në krijimin e SPAK ku i bëjnë thirrje që të marrë në dorë cështjen e tragjedisë së 9 Janarit.

Familjarët kanë emra konkret, duke deklaruar se do të bëjnë një akt padi, ndaj atyre që sipas tyre kanë organizuar trafikimin e femijëve të tyre duke përmendur edhe ish Drejtorin e Policisë Bajrim Ibraj, por edhe ish Ministrat Igli Toska dhe Pandeli Majko

Për Ndoc Bjeshkën, i cili ka humbur djalin e tij të vetëm në këtë tragjedi, thekson se kjo ngjarje duhet të zbardhet dhe se do të kërkojnë zbardhjen e plotë të saj deri ne frymën e fundit pasi shteti italian ka deklaruar se janë gjetur trupa të pajetë të cilët jane fshehur nga vetë shteti shqiptar dhe për këtë ai ka sërish një apel për Prokuroriët e Spak

Tragjedia e 9 Janarit ndodhi në afërsi të Vlorës në vitin 2004, kur gomonia me 36 klandestinë u nis në det të trazuar 5-6 ballë në drejtim të Italisë nga gjiri i Palasës. Si pasojë e mbytjes së gomones 28 persona humbën jetën ku viktimat ishin kryesisht nga zona e Shkodrës dhe të moshës nga 15 në 33 vjeç.
