“Ky paska ken’ fati jonë…me shpresë t’Zotit do t’des si burrë”, letra e deputetit të Shkodrës pak ditë

“Me 9 shtator më ka vd.ekë vajza Agimja, fëmija i vetëm, e ju mendoni se tue pasë kyt rast në shpi do merresha me Lëvizjen? Paçi hijen tuej!”, kjo është përgjigjja e Riza Danit, kur hetuesi Stavri Xhara e akuzoi si organizator të kryengritjes së Postribës.

Riza Dani ishte arrestuar me urdhër të diktatorit Enver Hoxha për shkak se kishte kundërshtuar vendimet e marra që binin në kundërshtim të plotë me parimet demokratike për të cilat Riza Dani e shumë patriotë të tjerë shqiptarë patën luftuar. Pikërisht për këtë arsye, Riza Dani u arrestua, u troturua dhe më pas u dënua me va.rje në litar.

Dhjetë letra cigareje të shkruara në ditët para se të va.rej në litar, do të mbeteshin testamenti i Riza Danit lënë së mbesës, Feti. Nuk kishte fëmijë sepse vajza e tij e vetme ndërroi jetë në moshën 9-vjeçare më 9 shtator 1946, pikërisht atë ditë kur ishte organizuar kryengritja e Postribës, e për këtë kryengritje, ai do të akuzohej si organizator e do të dënohej me va.rje në litar.

Letra është shkruar përgjatë disa ditëve dhe janë ditët e fundit para ek.zekutimi. Ka dhimbje e fisnikëri në fjalët e tij. Luftja dhe amaneti i fundit për vendin ku duhet të var.rosej, pranë së bijës, Agime, por edhe amaneti për bashkëshorten e tij, Bulen, që tashmë kishte mbetur fillikat pas vd.ekjes së bijës e ek.zekutimit të bashkëshortit. Letra i drejtohet mbesës, Feti e cila është kujdesur për t’i çuar ushqim e veshje, përgjatë gjithë kohës kur ai ishte në burg. Një ndër fjalitë më domethënëse të kësaj letre është: Me shpresë të Zotit do të vd.es si burrë.

E dashur mbesa ime, Feti!

Çështja është tepër serioze, gjyqi ndaj nesh u krye me dyer të mbyllura, pa avokat e pa publik. Prokurori këtu më akuzon si organizator i organizatës së deputetëve. Kam marrë pjesë në mbledhjet e saja, kam bërë mbledhje me të arratisurit.

Hetuesi nuk ka ba proces, as akuzat e deputetëve në ballafaqim me to nuk puqen. Prej grupit të deputetëve të dënuar veç Bejës, Sazanit, Majunit dhe S Kokalarit, unë nuk njoh askënd tjetër.

Janë gënjeshtra të turpshme të formulueme me magji të një sistemi mesjetar to.rturash, i cili m’ash aplikue edhe mue. Sidoqoftë moralisht jam i fortë e i kam mohuar të gjitha në gjyq. Ç’vendim jep ky, nuk e di.

Me shpresë të zotit do të vd.es si burrë. T’falem shumë Feti për kujdesin e për gjellët që më ke prue. Bulen amanet nipave. Ta konsiderojnë si më parë si njeriun e tyne.

Me pesë të këtij muaji dola në gjyqin e naltë ushtarak me dyer të mbyllura e pa avokat.

Në Shkodër akuzohem se kam marrë pjesë në një mbledhje që asht mbajt në shpinë e Cen Serreqit. Këtu prokurori më akuzon për kryengritjen e Postribës. Më akuzon se me anë të amerikanëve kam marrë 150 stërlina për të financue kryengritjen që duhet të koincidojë me akt-akuzën.

Tashti dëgjoje Axhën! Për mue kanë kërkue dënimin me vd.ekje, e ke marrë vesh besoj. Ku.fomën time merreni dhe çojeni në Shkodër. Më va.rrosni pranë Agimes, ose t’em vëllai nëse asht zanë vendi pranë sime bije. Kshtu paska kene fati jonë. Amanet Bulen, amanet të gjithëve, sidomos Vaçes.

Tashti që po ju shkruaj nga dita 7 tetor kam vujt shumë. Tri ditë pa bukë e ujë, 20 ditë çimento për shtroje e mloje, përveç shiltes teme. Shilten kërkoje e merre që ta mbash kujtim. Feti! Thuaja doktor Omerit këto që po t’i shkruaj.

Akuzat i kam mohue të gjitha si shpifje të turpshme.

Në rast hallallëkut, më va.rrosni pranë Agimes.

Riza Dani lindi në Shkodër në një familje patriotike. Përfundoi shkollën “Ruzhdien” në qytet dhe më pas vazhdoi studimet në Universitetin e Stambollit. Ra shpejt në kontakt me mjediset patriotike shqiptare dhe që, në rini, iu përkushtua lëvizjes kombëtare, përkrah të vëllait, Dan Hasani. Riza Dani zotëronte 4 gjuhë: gjermanisht, turqisht, italisht e sllavisht dhe në vitet 1908-1912 ishte pjesëtar i klubit “Gjuha Shqiptare” me miqtë e familjes: Atë Gjergj Fishta, Gurakuqi e Dom Ndre Mjeda. Ishte nismëtar i grupit të ngritjes së flamurit në Shkodër në fillimet e vitit 1913 dhe drejtonte gazetën politiko-shoqërore “Shkodra”. Vazhdoi aktivitetin patriotik deri në kohën e luftës antifashiste kur u angazhua në Frontin Demokratik Nacionalçlirimtar për çlirimin e vendit nga okupatori. Më pas u emërua kryetar i Frontit për qarkun e Shkodrës e më vonë kryetar i Komitetit të Shkodrës. Në zgjedhjet e 2 dhjetorit 1946, zgjidhet nga populli i Shkodrës si deputet. Pikërisht në këtë kohë ai nisi të shohë se cili ishte regjimi që po vendosej në Shqipëri dhe menjëherë nisi organizimin për ta ndalur si një regjim që ishte në kundërshtim të plotë me parimet demokratike e me idealet për të cilat kishte luftuar ai, miqtë, shokët e tij dhe shumë shqiptarë të tjerë. Në një artikull të shkruar nga nipi i tij, Kujtim Dani, theksohet se:

“Riza Dani, në situatat e reja që po kalonte vendi, po e kuptonte që prej gj.akut të derdhur, Shqipëria ishte çliruar nga okupatori i huaj, por mjerisht do të robërohej nga një sistem sllavo-komunist utopik që po aplikohej. Kuptoi se duhej ngritur zëri nga të gjithë në protesta e veprime opozitare. Grupi i deputetëve demokratë: Gjergj Kokoshi, Riza Dani, Kolë Prela, Ibrahim Sheh Karbunara e tjerë ranë në kontakt me grupet intelektuale e organizatat opozitare të krijuara nga mesi i vitit 1945 në Shkodër e qytete të tjera. Këto do të organizoheshin për të kërkuar në zgjedhjet e ardhshme një sistem demokratik perëndimor, që kishte në themel pluralizmin politik, lirinë e individit, lirinë e fjalës e shtypit. Lëvizjet opozitare u zgjeruan e u formatuan në grupime me veprime politike. Uran Butka, në librin “Kryengritjet e para kundra komunizmit”, shkruan se në një mbledhje më 6 korrik 1946 në Shkodër, Riza Dani foli për nevojën e organizimit të një kryengritjeje të përgjithshme. Në mbledhjen e 9-të të asamblesë, Riza Dani pat kundërshtuar projekt-statusin e paraqitur sijokombëtar e i ngarkuar me frymë ideologjike komuniste. Më 7 mars 1946, pas vërejtjes që bëri Riza Dani, Nako Spiroja pasi kishte marrë udhëzime e urdhra nga eprorët, diskuton gjatë e përqendrohet vetëm në fjalën e deputetit të Shkodrës, që e quan si pararojë të reaksionit. Por, Dani iu përgjigj se, “kam qenë kundra turkut, kundra Toptanit, kundra rebelëve, kundra Zogut, kundra italianëve para e pas 7 prillit. Kam qëndruar larg çdo reaksioni e interesi privat. Jo për hatrin e Nako Spiros, por pse kështu e ka kërkuar interesi i atdheut”.

Dr. Pjetër Pepa në librin “Dosja e diktaturës” shkruan se Dani i di pasojat e fjalimit të ashpër, ndaj i thotë nipit të tij se, “dua një njeri që ta dijë se këtë fjalim e kam shkruar me gjakftohtësi dhe kryesisht i ndërgjegjshëm. Me një fjalë, dua të kem një dëshmitar që të dëshmojë në të ardhmen se shprehjet që kam përdor në Parlament, s’kanë qenë të rastit apo se kam qenë i nevrikosur, por sepse jam i ndërgjegjshëm për ato që të them e për atë që do të ngjasë”. Ai e kishte të qartë se e priste hakmarrja mesjetare sllavo-bolshevike, megjithatë vendosi të bënte çka kishte bindje. Më vonë, diktatori Enver Hoxha, në librin “Kur hidhen themelet” shënon për Riza Danin se, “ishte njeri me influencë në Shkodër, ishte demokrat, liberal, antizogist e antifashist” dhe se “Dani kërkonte të bënte edhe asamblenë tonë një kuvend ligjesh, ku secili të fliste sa t’i donte qejfi, pa asnjë kufizim e të gjitha ç’thonin Riza Dani me shokë të botoheshin në shtyp”. Kur kam lindur më 27 korrik 1946 në darkë, Rizaja po kthehej nga falja e Teravisë në xhami. I dalin para në oborr e i thonë: “Riza efendi, nusja e Xhevatit lindi djalë”. Ai i përgjigjet: Nusja me shëndet të mirë, djali me jetë gjatë, e më vjen keq se kanë me hekë keq”. Fjalë profetike për familjen Dani. Riza Dani me intelektualët e Shkodrës do të organizojnë një kryengritje të përgjithshme, ku marrin pjesë forca nga Kallmeti, Lezha, Mirdita e Puka, Zadrima e Nënshati, Postriba e Ura Shtrejtë, Dukagjini e Shoshi, Kopliku, Malësia e Madhe e Kelmendi. Në agim të 9 shtatorit, sulmohen kazermat e Shkodrës. Në mesin e shtatorit 1946, u arrestuan të gjithë meshkujt e familjes Dani. Nga gjyqet e diktaturës dënohen 3 vetë, 26 vjet burg (së bashku) e Rizai pushkatohet dhe sekuestrohen shtëpitë e fabrikat.

Deputeti Riza Dani arrestohet dhe nga 11 tetori i 1946-ës torturohet nga ‘hienat’ komuniste antinjerëzore deri në 23 dhjetor 1946, dita kur i hiqet “imuniteti”. Ja si e tregon një pjesë të vuajtjeve të deputetëve të Shkodrës, Kolë Prela e Riza Dani, bashkëvuajtësi i qelive e burgjeve, Sami Rrepishti: “Kolë Prela më tregoi se në nevojtoren ‘qeli’ pranë ishte Riza Dani, deputeti i Shkodrës, që herë pas here shpërthente me thirrje të nalta e shamje, që shuheshin menjëherë nga rojet e kuqe e shkopi i tyre mbi kurrizin e shtatëdhjetëvjeçarit demokrat”.

Më 11 tetor 1946 merret në pyetje Riza Dani nga hetuesi i Sigurimit të ushtrisë, Stavri Xhara para majorëve Vaskë Koleci e Zoi Themeli. Kjo ndodh mbasi ai kishte kalue tortura antinjerëzore, që vetëm ai ka ditur t’i përballojë. Mandati i hiqet në 23 dhjetor 1946, pra një deputet me mandat u nënshrohet hetimeve me metoda sllavo-mesjetare e qëndron me dinjitet e forcë morale lart, duke kundërshtuar me guxim të pavërtetat. Hetuesia e përcjell me shënimin: “Qëndrimi i tij para hetuesisë ka qenë armiqësor, nuk ka pranuar të firmosë asgjë”. Me qëndrim krenar e stoik e me ndjenjë të lartë përgjegjësie, deputeti Riza Dani deklaron: “Jam i ndërgjegjshëm për çka kam thanë e çka kam ba e veprue. Paçi hijen tuaj”. Gjyqi u bë me dyer të mbyllura, pa avokat. Nuk ka firmosë e nuk ka kërkue falje. Shpifja është argument i atij që s’ka arsye. 31 dhjetori 1947 si një re e zezë paralajmëron se është mbledhur Këshilli i Gjykatës së Lartë Ushtarake, i mbledhur për të gjykuar 19 të pandehurit. Në ato orë të vona të asaj nate të errët, komunikohet vetëm vendimi ogurzi: 7 pushkatim, 6 burgosje përjetë, të tjerët 20 e 15 vjet burgim. E gjithë kjo bëhet mbi bazën e një “Promemorie përcjellëse” që vinte nga hetuesia e mbushur me shpifje” shkruan Kujtim Dani, nipi i Riza Danit. /Nga Luljeta PROGNI/
