Ndonëse 31 dhjetori i vitit 2019 u trondit nga dy ngjarje kriminale që tronditën vendin, fillimisht një atentat ndaj kryebashkiakut të Lushnjes Fatos Tushe, e pastaj me plagosjen kreu e njësisë administrative Sukth, Rrapo Osmani, 2020 ka nisur ndryshe.

Mbrëmja e fundvitit ka kaluar pa asnjë ngjarje kriminale apo aksident rrugor me pasojë jetën. Policia e Shtetit njofton se falë masave parandaluese të marra para kësaj date , nuk është evidentuar asnjë konflikt me pasoja dhe asnjë aksident rrugor me pasojë jetën.

Falë masave parandaluese të marra para, gjatë dhe pas natës së ndërrimit të viteve, si dhe falë qytetarisë së treguar nga qytetarët, në të gjithë vendin, gjatë natës se ndërrimit të viteve dhe deri në këto momente nuk është shënuar asnjë ngjarje kriminale, si dhe nuk është evidentuar asnjë konflikt me pasoja. Në të gjitha qarqet nuk është evidentuar asnjë aksident rrugor me pasojë jetën.

Janë ushtruar kontrolle me dragera dhe duke marrë shkas nga numri i mjeteve në qarkullim, verifikimi i rasteve të drejtimit të mjetit nën efektin e alkoolit ishte minimal.

Policia e Shtetit vijon të jetë në gatishmëri, “Shërbim të përforcuar”, për të garantuar rendin dhe sigurinë gjatë festimeve në vijim.
