Sipas Massafras gjithkush mund të kontribuoje për të bërë një Shqipëri më të mirë. Si fillim arqipeshkvi thotë se duhet të ndryshohen të gjithë ato qëndrime që e pengojnë Shtetit që të bëjë detyrën e vet: para së gjithash inati ndaj institucioneve, pastaj mendësia mafioze e shit-blerjes së favoreve, pasi një favor që bëhet është një akt padrejtësie që i bëhet dikujt tjetër: me fjalë të tjera, është ajo që quhet “korrupsion”
