Një 29-vjeçar është ekstraduar ditën e sotme nga Kroacia për shkak se ishte shpallur në kërkim ndërkombëtar për kryerjen e veprave penale “Dhënie ndihmë për kalim të paligjshëm të kufirit” dhe “Vjedhja me dhunë”.
I ekstraduari është P. P dhe akuzohet për kryerjen e veprave penale “Dhënie ndihmë për kalim të paligjshëm të kufirit” dhe “Vjedhja me dhunë”. Ndaj tij Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Shkodër, në nëntor të vitit 2018, ka vendosur masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”.
29-vjeçari u jepte ndihmë shtetasve të huaj për të kaluar në mënyrë të paligjshme nga Shqipëria në Malin e Zi, duke pasur si destinacion vendet e Evropës Perëndimore.
Shërbimet e Policisë Kufitare Shkodër, në shtator të vitit 2018, kanë konstatuar 6 shtetas pakistanezë, të cilët synonin të kalonin në Malin e Zi, të ndihmuar nga P. P., i cili pasi i kishte afruar në kufi me Malin e Zi u kishte marrë nëpërmjet kanosjes 720 euro, 2 telefona celularë, si dhe 6 çanta ku mbanin dokumentet e tyre. Ndërkohë në 2018 u arrestua bashkëpuntori i 29-vjeçarit
Si rezultat i shkëmbimit të informacionit në kohë me Interpol Tirana dhe Policinë kroate u bë e mundur kapja e tij me qëllim ekstradimin drejt vendit tonë.
