Një ditë pasi humbi çmimin e parë në Festivalin e Këngës në RTSH, këngëtarja Elvana Gjata largohet nga Shqipëria. Lajmin e jep, miku i saj dhe stilisti personal, Valdrin Sahiti, që përmes një shënimi të gjatë në rrjetet sociale, thotë se në Shqipëri nuk vlerësohet merita. Sahiti zbulon se Elvana është larguar nga Shqipëria dhe ndodhet rrugës për në Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës.
“Ela të kërkoj dhe njëherë tjetër falje dhe e di që ti tani je rrugës për në Amerikë dhe do vazhdosh të mbushësh plot emocion dhe se ke një rrugë të gjatë TE MERITUAR përpara. Të dua shumë” shkruan Sahiti.
Dje u finalizua Festivali i 58 i Këngës në RTSh, që fitua nga Arilena Ara me baladën “Shaj” e cila do të përfaqësojë Shqipërinë në Eurovizion. Në këtë festival Arilena e mori kupën nga Jonida Maliqi, e cila ishte fituese e të njëjtit çmim, një vit më pare, ndërsa Elvana Gjata me këngën ritmike “Me tana” zuri vendin e dytë.
Ndarja e çmimeve ka sjellë mjaft reagime në rrjet, dhe një prej tyre ishte edhe ai i prezantueses Alketa Vejsiu. Kjo e fundit mori përsipër që t’i kërkonte të falur publikisht Elvanës, e cila pas ndarjes së çmimeveu mbyll në dhomëdhe bojkotoi post-partyn.
