Gazetarët në protestë, Rama u përgjigjet në Kuvend: Ata që janë te dera janë shkelës të të drejtave të njeriut

Kryeministri Edi Rama nga Kuvendi foli për protestën e gazetarëve për paketën anti-shpifje, ndërsa e cilësoi atë si “temë të nxehur artificialisht”.Ai tha se për shkak të lajmeve agresive dhe të pavërteta të mediave kanë humbur edhe jetë njerëzish në tërmetin e 26 nëntorit. Sipas kryeministrit, gazetarët që po protestojnë para Kuvendit kundër miratimit të paketës “anti-shpifje” janë shkelës të të drejtave të njeriut.

“Po ndalem tek tema e nxehur artificialisht. Para se të hyj në aspektin e ligjit, po u jap kontekstin ndërkombëtar që të kuptojmë se çfarë themi ne dhe ku është bota sot. Së pari, këtu jemi përballë një turme që nuk lexon, dhe madje nuk denjon të lexojë. Sipas raportit te OSBE të 2017, thuhet se në ¾ e vende anëtare të OSBE, fyerja dhe shpifja janë vepër penale. Përgjegjësia civile për shpifjen e fyerjen rregullohet sipas modeleve që kanë një ligj të veçantë. Në SHBA Byroja Federale e Hetimit ndërhyn pa vendim gjykata fare dhe mbyllë me urdhër cdo lloj website dhe çdo përmbajtje, që konsiderohet cenuese në shumë aspekte. Në Gjermani është miratuar përmirësimi i zbatimit të ligjit. Ligji gjerman është përpjekja më e suksesshme për të shuar përmbajtjen potencialisht të dëmshme në internet. Tani vijmë te ne. Gjithë kjo punë e bërë, për të analizuar vendet e BE, i gjithë entuziazmi ynë, ndeshi që në fillim në pengesën nga përfaqësuesit e OSBE , BE dhe Këshillit të Evropës në formën e një fjalie, që mos iu referoheni këtyre vendeve se i kanë ligjet shumë të ashpra.

Ata që janë te dera janë shkelës të të drejtave të njeriut, që mos t’u cenohet në publik integriteti i tij, janë shkelës për të ndërtuar sipërmarrjen e tyre të lirë. Në 26 nëntor ka vdekur një njeri i pafajshëm si veprimtari e atyre që janë te dera. Dikush nga ato atje,kanë nxjerrë lajmin se Spitali i Durrësit po shembet. Kjo e ka kthyer spitali nga një vend pritës për të shpëtuar jetën në udhëkryqin e një kaosi, me mjekë dhe familjarë që donin të ikin një orë e më parë nga dera e spitalit. Deri këtu shkon, deri këtu mund të shkoj, sepse shkoi efekti negativ i fjalëve të lëshuara pa asnjë përgjegjësi. Liria e shtypit, e fjalës, është edhe përgjegjësi në të njëjtën kohë. Po ata që janë atje, kanë publikuar lajmin se qeveria fshehte 100 të vdekur në morgun e spitalit, duke krijuar një situatë kaotike atje.

Njerëzit u turrën te morgu. Nuk po iu flas as për veten time, familjen time, as për nënë time dhe as për vajzën tonë, as për djalin tonë, as për prindërit e Dimtimr Bushatit e as për familjarët e Taulant Ballës, por po flas për ata se ndryshe nga ne që nuk e kanë një mikrofon për të thënë fjalën e tyre.”-tha Rama.
