Sipas tij, nga këto ligje që cënojnë mediat tradicionale (serioze), se sa portalet që janë të paregjistruara.
“Në një vend, si Shqipëria me njerëz në nevojë dhe të uritur, po tu heqësh edhe fjalën, ato shndërrohen në sende. Dhe kjo është tipike për sistemet diktatoriale. Pse e them këtë sepse media ka funksion kryesor të jetë zëri i qytetarëve. Kush do ta bëjë këtë, nëse qeveria censuron median.
Edhe nëse qëllimi është i mirë, mekanizmat që po përdoren janë të gabuara. Nuk mundet që të varen mediat nga dy institucione shtetërore si AMA dhe AKEP. Është njësoj si me ligjin e KCK. Edhe nëse ka gjyqtarë që e dinë se nuk kalojnë vetingun dhe bëjnë korrupsion ti nuk mund ti hedhësh ata në gojën e policit. Mund të bëhej një ndryshim i vogël: Dorëheqjet nuk pranohen përtej kësaj date.
Duke u kthyer tek mediat online dhe gazetarët them se është përpjekje e gabuar e qeverisë dhe praktikisht është e pamundur të bllokosh informacionin online. Është Kina dhe nuk arrin ta kontrollojnë botën virtuale. Këto dy ligjet e qeverisë do godasin median tradicionale. Ajo do e hajë goditjen e para, se punon me rregulla, të tjerat (ilegalet) do vazhdojnë të funksionojnë”, tha Daci.
Ndërsa i pyetur se çfarë hapash mund të marrin shoqatat e gazetarëve që kundërshtojnë këto pr/ligje, Daci u shpreh se duhet të bëhet çështje ndërkombëtare, në kushtet kur vendi nuk ka Gjykatë Kushtetuese dhe nuk ka kush i shfuqizon ligje të tilla.

Këto veprime duhen bërë sa më parë se pr/ligjet do kalojnë në parlament, se deputetët s’kanë integritet. Qeveria e di se këto ligje do rrëzohen nga Gjykata e Strasburgut, por luan me kohën. Pra të dëmtojë sa të dëmtojë, theksoi ai.
