Instituti Shqiptar i Medias ka organizuar me gazetaret e qarkut Shkoder nje takim gjate se cilit eshte prezantuar studimi “Panoramë e mediave lokale në Shqipëri”

Botimi i Prof. Erlis Cela, ka ardhur si bashkepunim i fondacionit Friedrich Ebert ne bashkepunim me institutin e medias me qellim hartizimin e mediave lokale per te patur nje databaze e me pas eshte pare e udhes te shtjellohen aty problemet , sfidat dhe prespektiva e medias lokale .

Me gazetaret shkodrane te cilet kane punuar ne media lokale dhe vazhdojne te punojne aty u diskutua mbi problematika konkrete sic jane mungesa e nje sindikate qe mbron te drejtat e gazetareve, por dhe sfidat qe i paraqiten asaj perballe zhvillimeve teknologjike dhe medias online .

Pjese te dikutimit zuri dhe tema e dites, ajo e ligjit “antishpifje” i konsideruar nga pjesa me e madhe e gazetareve si nje tentative per censure nga ana e qeverise , permes temave subjektive sic jane morali apo etika ne media. eetimes.tv
