Zv/Kryeministri Erion Braçe zbuloi se koncesioni i rrugës Milot-Balldre është anuluar. I ftuar në emisionin “Provokacija” në Abc News, ai u shpreh se “kompania nuk iu përgjigj dot kontratës”.

“A e dini sa janë të gjitha këto që po bërtet opozita? Fatura për PPP është 8.2 miliardë lekë në vit. Për çfarë po bëhet zhurma? Milot-Balldre nuk do të bëhet! Kompania nuk i përgjigjet dot kontratës. Pse e stisin për çfarë po e thonë tani? Kemi deklaruar prej 1 muaji që kjo s’do bëhet…pse po bërtasin për Milot-Balldre”, – tha Braçe.

Ky koncesion kishte marrë epitetin “i florinjtë” pasi arriti shirën e çmendur të 15 milionë eurove/km. Koncesioni u morr nga kompania “ANK” që do të përfitnte 217 milionë euro. I gjithë ky projekt u miratua pa pasur një studim të mirëfillte nëse është me e leverdishme për buxhetin e shtetit dhënia e kontratës me koncesion/PPP kundrejt dhënies së saj me prokurim publik.
