Mjeku urolog Artan Koni ka replikuar sot me kryeministrin Edi Rama,përmes një video në facebook, lidhur me koncensionin e sterilizimit. Ndërsa e konsideron këtë një koncesion abuziv, Koni thotë se me anulimin e tij, i cili nuk ka ndryshuar asgjë në spitale, mund të ndërtohet së paku 500 shtëpi për banorët e prekur nga tërmeti.
“Dëgjova sot në mëngjes kryeministrin teksa ndër të tjera refuzoi të anulonte koncesionin abuzim të sterilizimit me argumentin se nuk mund t’i lëmë nënat dhe gratë shtatzëna me gërshërë dhe thika nga shtëpia apo të marrin infeksione nëpër spitale. Si mjek, si taksapagues, por edhe si një ndër personat që e kam denoncuar edhe më parë këtë koncension skandaloz më lind detyra sot të bëj një replikë me të parin e qeverisë sepse mesa duket qenka i painformuar mirë nga punët e qeverisë së tij.
Përpara se të jepej ky koncension njerëzit nuk i merrnin gërshërët me vete në spital, as nuk vinin me bistori në dorë, e t’ja dorëzonin më pas kirurgut që ai të bënte operacionin. JO. Njerëzit vinin në spital, ashtu sic vijnë edhe sot, dhe kirurgët operonin ashtu sic operojnë edhe sot, me të njëjtat mjete kirurgjikale që i dispononte spitali dhe sterilizohet ne autoklava që i disponon po sot spitali.
Pra, procesi në përgjithësi nuk ka ndryshuar pas koncensionit dhe as nuk do të ndryshojë nëse ky koncesion do të anulohet. E vetmja gjë që ka ndryshuar janë kostot ekonomike. Psh, dje kosto e setit kirurgjikal na kushtonte vetëm 2.4 euro dhe operacionet bëheshin përbukuri, sot pas koncesionit ne paguajmë mesatarisht 190 euro për set kirurgjikal. Pra pagujamë 80 herë më shumë për të marrë pak a shumë të njëjtin shërbim. Nëse do i shohim me shifra vjetore, ne shpenzojmë sot rreth 19 mln euro më shumë në vit para, të cilat shkojnë në xhepin e kompanisë koncensionare për një shërbim që fare mirë mund ta bënte spitali.
Vjet, psh spitali u detyrua të shtrëngonin operacionet, duke shtyre ato të planikuarua sepse Ministria e Shëndetësisë nuk ia dilte dot të paguante koncesionarin ngaqë u tejkalua numri i operacioneve dhe nga 16 mln euro të planifikuara për koncesionin shifra u afrua gati në 20 mln euro.
Jemi interesuar këto ditë dhe duke marrë kostot e sterilizimit në disa vende të tjera dhe na ka rezultuar se në Gjermani, kosto është rreth 80 cent për set kirurgjikal dhe në Turqi është rreth 1 euro për set. Pra, ne vendi më i varfër në Europë, paguajmë 250 herë më shumë se Gjermania apo 190 herë më shumë se Turqia.
Nuk e di për ju kryeministër por mua kjo shifër më duket shumë abuzuese, e duke qenë se e njoh mirë shëndetësinë, ju them që ky koncension është abuziv, lë dyshimin për një aferë të madhe korruptive dhe ju kërkoj ta anuloni.
Duke anuluar këtë koncesion, përfitojmë rreth 16 mln euro në vit, apo në total 160 mln euro, lekë të cilat do të dilnin për të strehuar 500 familje që kanë humbur shtëpitë.
Mund të mërzitej një koncesionar, po ama do iu qeshë buza fëmijëve që sot nuk dinë ku e kanë shtëpinë që ua mori tërmeti. Uroj të reflektoni dhe na tregoni me fakte që në këtë rast jeni thjesht i paditur dhe jo i pangopur.” thotë mjeku në video.
