Ndërkohë që shumë qytetarë që jetojnë në katet e larta në Tiranë po kërkojnë që të zhvendosen në apartamente që janë në katet përdhese apo në shtëpi private.
Xheni Jahja nga Tirana Real Estate tha për Monitor se ditët e fundit ka pasur një kërkesë në rritje qiraxhinjve që kërkojnë që të lëvizin drejt kateve të para, apo shtëpive private. Megjithatë Jahja i cilëson kërkesat e individëve që jetojnë në katet e larta si provizore, pasi i kërkojnë për një periudhë afatshkurtër. Një pjesë sipas saj kërkojnë të zhvendosen për arsye sigurie, ndërsa pjesa tjetër kanë pasur dëmtime të banesës.
Genc Zike nga agjencia DevInf, gjithashtu, thote se ka pasur nje kerkese te shtuar per shtepite ne katet e para dhe per shtepite private.
Edhe Juliana Nela, broker në kompaninë Remax, konfirmoi tendencën në rritje për shtëpi me qira, ku përveç atyre që duan të ndryshojnë shtëpitë e kateve të larta, janë edhe ata që shtëpitë kanë dalë të pabanuara dhe kanë mundësi financiare për të jetuar këto ditë në shtëpi me qira.
Juliana Nela nga Remax, thotë se është vënë re një rritje e çmimit të qirasë. Në shtëpitë me standard, çmimi është rritur nga 50-70 euro më shumë në muaj. Ndërsa shtëpitë e lira, të cilat jepen me qira nga 25 mijë lekë apo 250 euro, nuk kanë pasur ndryshime domethënëse në çmim.

Tirana ka një ofertë të limituar të shtëpive me qira në këto moment kur kanë filluar edhe universitetet dhe do të jetë deri diku e vështirë për qiramarrësit e rinj që të kërkojnë shtëpi ekonomike.

Gjatë ditës së djeshme Bashkia Tiranë njoftoi se do të mbështesë me bonus qiraje për një vit të gjitha familjet që kanë ngelur të pastrehë gjatë tërmetit të 26 nëntorit në Tiranë, derisa të gjendet një zgjidhje përfundimtare për banesën e tyre.
