Projektvendim “Për zgjedhjen e Prokurorit të Përgjithshëm”. pdf (Neni 148/a Kushtetutë, neni 35 i ligjit nr. 97/2016 “Për organizimin dhe funksionimin e Prokurorisë në Republikën e Shqipërisë”, votim i fshehtë, shumicë e cilësuar votash për miratim, 3/5 të të gjithë anëtarëve të Kuvendit).
Kësisoj të enjten, më 5 Dhjetor pritet të kemi Prokurorin e ri të Përgjithshëm. I pari në listë është Olsian Çela, e dyta Arta Marku dhe e treta Fatjona Memçaj. Votimi bëhet sipas renditjes së KLP, nëse merr 84 vota në parlament, kryeprokuror zgjidhet Olsian Çela. Nëse jo hidhen në votim edhe dy emrat e tjera. Dhe siç parashikon kushtetuta nëse nuk arrihet shumica e votave, atëhere apriori emërohet Olsian Cela i cili ka numrin më të lartë të pikëve.
